OVerall a lovely hotel and super nice staff at reception. Rooms are very spacious and nice comfy beds. Slight communication error when we asked for a tuk tuk and he took us to somewhere we hadn't asked & good job I has my google maps to recognise we were headed to wrong place! Pool is lovely for a swim and nice to have complimentary drinks at 430pm too with a little snack, the games area upstairs was fun too but just very hot up there.

The entire property is lovely and staff are very friendly and welcoming..the chef is amazing and the food was very tasty. Housekeeping and cleanliness are fabulous. They are very prompt with requests. The rooms are spacious and nice. The in house spa is also lovely. The pool and play area are very neatly maintained. We thank everyone for the lovely experience we had as a family. Would recommend this place for unwinding. Thank you

It seems to be a new property with big size very neat and clean rooms with a sit out. Although other than pool there is not much of the activity that it offers. Buffet breakfast was delicious, staff was very friendly. Property is right on the Munnar-Thekkady highway in the outskirts of the town.
