Bursa'dan çıktığımız Karadeniz turumuzda Kümbet yaylasinda çadır kamp yaparız diye düşünmüştüm fakat yoğuuun sis ve yağmur sonrası yolun bittiği yerde çadır değil asla ayağımızı arabadan cikartamazdik her yer su ve çamur olmasından dolayı çocuğumuzla öylece kalakalmisken burası bize kucak açtı çok yardımcı olundu misler gibi tertemiz sıcacık bir işletme gecenin bir yarısı rezervasyonsuz bizi hemen kabul ettiler iyiki kalmışız ortada 🫣😁✌️ harika bir yerde kaldık ertesi günkü kalhvaltiyi anlatamam deneyimlemeniz lazım 👍

We came here as part of a tour group. We are from Thailand and one member of the group is from GB while the other two in our group were from Iraq. The highlight of our day was coming to this restaurant because the staff was very friendly, the architecture surprisingly unusual from what we had seen in our month of touring around various regions in Turkey AND the food was delicious. We came on a foggy day so couldn't fully appreciate the beautiful mountains and the various homes available for stays on this property.

Unfortunately, it is a bad business in a wonderful nature. The bungalows are made of twins and are very noise-permeable. The bathroom is falling apart, the rooms are heated with an outside combi boiler, the cleanliness is mediocre. Breakfast does not suit such a region. The food is of average quality, but I recommend the grilled chops. The weather gets cold in summer evenings, so be careful.

İşletme güzel ortam nezih, fakat maalesef çalışanlar inanılmaz soğuk ve küstah en az 5 garsonun tamamı öyleydi. Tesisten ayrıldığımızda misafirlerimizin yorumu Allah tan dayak yeyip çıkmadık oldu. Bir yayla tesisinde bu denli çalışanların olması çok üzücü karadeniz kültürünü maalesef yansıtmıyor. Yönetimin acil değerlendirmesi gerekiyor.

Doğası Karlar ile kaplı olması müthişti. Otelin kütük olması da tarzı da müthişti. Çalışanları ilgili ve samimi idi. Odalar çok yıpranmış banyoda duş alırken 1.8 nin üzerinde iseniz kafanız tavana çarpabiliyor. Oteli yapan müteahhit resmen dolandırmış Müessenin bir suçu yok ama kalırken kaliteyi düşürüyor. Oda konforu ortalamanın altında hatta düşük. Genel mekanlar çok daha iyi. Çarşaflar falan temizdi. Oda beklentinizi düşük tutarak gidin bence bir kerede olsa görülmesi gereken bir yer.

Tatil amacli gittiğimiz otelde calisanlardan azar isitmek zorunda kaldıgımız bu yer parasını haketmiyor. Yemek saatinde restauranta gittigimizde farklı gruplara aynı anda yemek verdikleri icin 4 kisilik bir masa bulamadık cunku tum masalar gruplar tarafından doluydu. Sef garsona durumu soyledigimizde size ozel masa ayarlayamam buldugunuz yerlere tek tek oturun dedi. Esinizle cocugunuzla aksam yemeginizi ayrı ayrı yememiz gerektigi soylendi ve bu soyleyis bicimi oldukca kaba ve yuksek ses tonu ile yapıldı. Bizde ortaya bir masa koymalarını istedik. Gene yuksek ve ukala bir tavirla yemek salonundaki herkesin duyabilecegi sekilde yemege yarım saat once gelip masa kapın ben sizin masa bekciniz degilim, buldugunuz yere oturun gibi cirkin bir yaklasimla gelindi. Biz ses cıkarmamıza ragmen salonda bagrınmaya devam etti bu sahis. Biz burada misafir oldugumuzu soylememize ragmen cirkin tavırları devam etti. BİR DÖVMEDİKLERİ KALDI Otel olarak ise manzara guzel fakat iri yapılı biri iseniz duşa kabinler girilemeyecek kadar küçük….

Gerçekten tam bir doğa harikası. Ayder yaylası ve Uzungöl’ün şehirleştiğini düşünürsek doğayla başbaşasınız. Ayrıca otel de kaliteli. Çalışanlar yaz döneminde öğrenci de olsa hepsi Güler yüzlü yardımseverler. Temizlik iyi, tamamen ağaç yapı. Tekrar gelmek isteyeceğim bir yer.
