Radisson Blu Resort Kumbhalgarh

A 5-star hotel with 2-star service. Expect delays when calling for room dining or housekeeping; it often takes two or three calls to get any service. The hotel is understaffed, and even the staff acknowledge it. Breakfast is repetitive with little variety, and wait times for items like pooris are excessively long. During vacation season, the crowd management is poor, and they seem overwhelmed by the influx of guests. This is far from a 5-star experience and feels more like a 2-star.

Radisson kumbhalgarh was a great experience, loved the room , overall vibe , the bar was amazing ( mr. Shikhar did an amazing job ) and at last chef Mr. Manohar - one of the finest chef and good human i have come across any 5star properties . Thanks

Our recent stay at Radisson Blu Kumbhalgarh was an absolute delight. Welcome - The warm welcome by Arpit and Diyush at the front desk to the thoughtful upgrade to a lake and mountain view room, the experience was impeccable. Rooms- The spacious room with its stunning balcony offered breathtaking views of the serene lake and majestic Aravali Mountains. Restaurant - The culinary offerings at the restaurant were equally impressive, with Chef Manohar curating delectable dishes and efficient service from Abhimanyu and Vishal. Amenities- The resort's amenities, including the inviting pool and engaging morning and evening musical programs, catered to guests of all ages. The dedicated kids' activities like pottery were a thoughtful touch. Special Mention - A special shoutout to General Manager Mr. Shobit Kaushal, whose commitment to guest satisfaction was truly commendable. His presence on the floor, actively engaging with guests, is a testament to his dedication and passion for hospitality. Final Verdict - Overall, our stay at Radisson Blu Kumbhalgarh was a fantastic experience. The serene ambiance, coupled with excellent service and delicious food, made it a memorable retreat.

Very good stay. Everything was perfect - location, staff, room, service, food. Children’s playground was one of the unique thing I liked of the hotel. It was well maintained and my both kids loved it. I will recommend this hotel to evryone visiting Kumbhalgarh, specially with kids. Enjoyed a lot there. Thanks to the hotel management for making our stay comfortable.

Excellent place to relax and rejuvenate close to wonderful weather and nature. Above all excellent hospitality given by Radisson banquet staff especially Abhimanu, Suresh , Suman and Yashvardhan They are superb host , they understand the needs of a customer and how to make them happy. Specially Abhimanu who connects very easily due to his very polite and helpful attitude.
