"We had a good and comfortable stay over here. We booked 4 deluxe ac rooms for our family, rooms and bathrooms are clean and hygienic. Worth the money. What we found difficult was car parking, it could be better if they improve parking facilities."

"Wonderful experience. An excellent hotel not very far from the city centre. Very helpful front desk people, excellent rooms and amenities make this hotel a very comfortable stay. Breakfast can improve a little more. We took lunch here. Hotel staff recommended south indian veg thali. It was very good too! If I come back to Kumbakonam, I will stay here."

"Clean room, good parking space, away from noise pollution, closer to shopping, restaurant attached. Did not use room service so cannot comment. Restaurant food was no issue. Except for a defective flush, the washroom was ok. Could not get enough hot water before 5 am. But no issue on hot water after 5 am. Hump near the entry gate was pathetic. High possibility that it will touch your vehicle chassis. This needs to be rectified."

From the Bell Boy service all the services provided were very good. Front Desk, Room Service, Restaurant Staff, Housekeeping Staff all behaving good.

GGuest UserStay was good and rooms were neat. Wahsroom was not that clean what i expected. But ok. Ac remote was not working and tv was also not working. Our purpose of visit was for temple so we didn't bother much. But ac remote was made us to keep on getting up and switching of and on in between the sleep at night. It is little disappointing.
