Hotel Raya's

Nearest location to railway station and bus stand, decent parking facility available, easy to access the hotel as it is situated in the main road, room was well maintained and bathroom was very clean and hygiene. Water heater facility available and we can get hot water facility whenever beeded. We availed triple bedroom with double a/c. Tv facility is there with many regional channels. Staff are friendly and supportive, guidance provided by them for cab facility to visit local temples in around kumbakonam. Overall we are very satisfird with the facility and recomment to stay in this hotel. Note- hotel raya's have many hotels, we stayed in the facility near head post office.

Excellent stay. With good hospitality. No hassles in check in/out. Centre of the city. Maybe, next time i will stay in ray a grand/annexe.

The reception desk has people who are robots and don't understand the travellers and treat them with a very sick attitude like they are offering a free service. They keep on reminding about check out like a school warden. Very worst of treatment to guests.

Rooms not cleaned. Lot of mosquito. Even they provided 2 set of all out, it's not help to contorl

Stayed for four nights. Booked a three bed ac room. The room was spacious and was quite comfortable. The staff at the hotel were very courteous and ever willing to help. The only downside was no vegetarian restaurant attached to the hotel, so if we order tea / coffee or any food on room service, it took nearly 30 min as they had to go out to some restaurant to procure and bring in. The hotel staff mentioned that they have plans to add vegetarian restaurant, hope that happens soon.

Very good stay. Excellent, courteous staff. Room was very clean so also the bathroom. Running hot water throughout.
