The front desk receptionist, Portia took our reservation and cash, till us our 5 rooms we’re available Thursday to Sunday and on Friday , says we have to move out because they are other guests checking in. Do not, I repeat book a stay at Sunset Hotel! Not worth the hassle or stress!

I specifically chose to lodge there when i had to work in Kumasi for some days, cos of their poolside. After work, i entered the pool and soon the hotel manageress came to inform me, i need to exit the pool, and thats their policy. (Though there was no signage) She actually had the confidence to tell me, I should have asked for permission to use the pool. I expected better communication
