My recent trip to Zuri was fantastic. The hotel was excellent, the facilities to explore were enjoyable, and the views were absolutely beautiful. I also found the food to be wonderful. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Zuri and for sureni will be back! I also highly recommend the Maya Spa and the Boat ride at sunset

Stunning hotel, beautiful views and excellent service. Look out for Noah in the restaurant he is a super star. The food was delicious and the pool is really fun. Really enjoyed the authentic Indian Classical music in the evenings. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We stayed at The Zuri over the quiet period in March 2025. We were impressed by the size and spaciousness of the resort, private location, facilities, and hospitality of the staff. The resort is one of the more established in Kumarakom and is well maintained, which isn’t always a given (even for bigger brands) in India. The staff were pleasant, attentive and very friendly. We had one of the Ayurvedic massages, which was excellent. The restaurant offers a wide selection of choices, both local and international. There are numerous activities available for both little and big kids. Certainly I would recommend The Zuri to anyone visiting Kumarakom to fully experience Kerala resort hospitality and to enjoy a relaxing experience. Thank you to the Zuri for an exceptional experience.

Zuri Resort I would say is the best in Kerala. Special shout out to Aju for helping me keep my fast early morning at 5am as it was the month of fasting and special shout out to Nikhil for helping me break my fast between hi-tea and dinner time. Great experience overall.

We stayed at this resort for a night as part of our tour around Kerala. Wow! What a lovely place. Accommodation bungalows are set around the beautiful lake. Staff were very helpful and looked after us very well. A special mention to Arpan in the restaurant who waited on us very attentively during our evening meal. The restaurant manager was very chatty and came over to speak with us during the course of the evening which was nice. The food was very good. Accommodation was fabulous-spacious clean room, large walk-in shower and a separate bath. We had a very comfortable nights sleep here. We spent a couple of hours around the pool area which was clean with towels provided. We would definitely recommend this resort to others.

Our recent stay at Zuri was exceptional, marking our first but certainly not our last visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and plan to return. The spa and massage services were outstanding, and the staff consistently demonstrated friendliness and helpfulness. All meals were delicious, with special commendation to Nikhil for his professional assistance in selecting authentic Kerala specialties. Had a lovely time and the experience was commendable because of the staff servings us. Vipin, Akshay and Govind really out did themselves to make my mother’s birthday even more special. Nilesh served us with beautiful family dinner. It was a lovely experience
