I highly recommend this place. The staff is polite, service oriented and highly professional. I had an amazing experience. The food quality was excellent, great ambiance and excellent esthetics. Sindhu at the reception makes you feel welcome. Just a minor suggestions ( but not a big deal) the fridge in the room was making a humming sound; and it was not easy to activate tv channels. In summary, a great place which you will thoroughly enjoy both sole and with family.

We had an amazing one-night stay at Backwater Ripples, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The highlight was the extraordinary speed boat ride, which added a thrilling touch to our experience. The Shikkara ride was equally serene, allowing us to soak in the beauty of the backwaters. Both breakfast and dinner were top-notch, offering a delicious spread of local and international cuisine. The staff was courteous, and the overall ambiance was peaceful and rejuvenating. We couldn’t have asked for a better gateway!

Went with a normal expectation, turned out to be an amazing stay . Let it be from reception , restaurant nor check out all where out standing . To elloborate: The stay begins with a high tea from 4-5 ( couple of snacks and tea) following by a boat trip from 5pm-6pm. Followed by a music show. Dinner was well served and to hear the recommendations from the chef in charge Mr Govind Nair as well Mr Sunil were very patient to talk through the options. Next morning a quality buffet . For additional charges they provide Kayaking.

We had our grand reunion at the BWR …. The experience was just awesome as every thing was taken care of so well. We were a big group of almost 100 and we felt really satisfied with their hospitality. Special mention to Mr Govind, Mr Shyam and the MD Mr Gopakumar for facilitating our needs and attending to us at every moment. The complimentary boating was fun and the banquet dinner was good. Would definitely recommend BWR for family friends and solo travellers

My husband and I spent 5 nights together and it was a wonderful time. The property is exceptional in all aspects. Right from the very start we felt at home. We went for the rain and they didn't disappoint us. The staffs were truly great, we thank you for your hospitality. Chef and his team did very well to adapt the food to our palettes too. Those who want to take a break from their hectic work ..this property is the right choice.

Backwater Ripples Resort was the perfect choice we made when we planned a long awaited reunion with friends. As the name suggests the nestled ***** serene waterways, the resort offers stunning views, impeccable service, and lush accommodations. We enjoyed the pool, kayaking, boating etc etc. The staffs at the Backwater Ripples Resort were exceptionally friendly and the service is prompt and courteous. The Guest Relations Manager Ms. Sindhu was outstanding and sets the standard for extreme hospitality. The entire team were always ready to assist with a smile. Another thing to comment is the on-site restaurant. I must say the experience exceeded all the expectations. We are looking forward to have many more staycation at Backwater Ripples both with family and friends.

Backwater ripples, as the name suggests was definitely beyond our expectations.Our 2 night stay was enjoyable and memorable cos of the wonderful hospitality of the team led by Ms. Sindhu,who was more like family to us and was always eager to help. The infinity swimming pool is crystal clear with a breathtaking view of the backwaters,and Mr.Ayyappan was a wonderful host ensuring our comfort and safety of our kid by the pool side. The complimentary shikara ride and the speed boat ride ( chargeable ) to Pathiramanal Island are different experiences and a must try. The culinary show and cultural instrumental music shows are worth mentioning.Cycling, kayaking, fishing, gym,archery, reading room, indoor games and an Ayurveda spa are the other offers here. The food is tasty, and they have a kids' menu too. The complimentary evening tea and delicious local snacks at Chaikada, give guests a chance to connect with each other. A relaxed afternoon sitting by the backwater side, enjoying the scenery and the cool breeze is priceless.. Recommend this property as it is worth every single penny.

Kerala is beautiful and Kumarakom is its crown jewel and Backwater Ripples does full justice to the jewel of Kerala. Everything about this property will make you fall in love with it. From the magnanimous reception area, to the beautiful garden and pool area. From the courteous staff to the delicious food options at the restaurant. Everything about the property is top notch. I would also like to praise Mr. Alam for taking great care of my kids during our stay. His relentless effort and soft spoken nature left a lasting impression on all of us.
