Services & place is awesome....need to improve variety of food....rest is great. They have local staff out there & they are too polite. They have local guide who made us understand the devbhoomi like kerla.,. Thanks to them to help us to explore the tradition of Kerala

Unmatched service, delicious food, beautiful vistas and a plethora of in-house activities - Kumarakom lake resort is a haven in nature. The resort turned out to be more than I had expected, in every area. A must visit for a relaxed peaceful getaway.

Overall a great experience. Fabulous location. Beautiful property. Located on banks of the mighty Vembanad lake, which is second largest lake in India. Special mention to resort staff Mr Kavi, Ms Monisha and Mr Vishnu Nath for making the stay memorable and enjoyable. Special feedback - Air conditioning needs to be maintained well. We had to change our Heritage Lake view pool villa. Such inconvenience can be avoided by ensuring pre allotment checks.

Beautiful location of a hotel in front of lake. Very friendly staff. Excellent sunset cruise, Excursions through hotel front desk are expensive. Nice cottages . Beautiful grounds. excellent entertainment director who is a great photographer.

We had an excellent stay at Kumarakom Lake Resort. The property is stunning, set amidst the serene backwaters, and offers a perfect blend of luxury and traditional charm. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and very well maintained, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience. The food was exceptional, with a wide variety of dishes that captured authentic Kerala flavors ***** with international options. The backwater experience was unforgettable — the sunset cruise, houseboat ride, and the natural beauty all around made it truly special. The activities arranged at the resort, from cultural programs to cycling and Ayurveda wellness, kept us engaged throughout our stay. A special word of appreciation for General Manager Sajeesh, Front Office Manager Rahul, and Executive Housekeeper Vijesh for their outstanding hospitality and personal attention. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kumarakom — a perfect place to relax, rejuvenate, and experience the beauty of Kerala!
