The location is about 10 minutes by taxi from Kumamoto Station, so I think it's convenient.
I stayed during the Obon period, and the front desk was an older man, and I was concerned about his language. Since my last name has changed, I was told that I was being called a different name over and over again, which made me feel uncomfortable.
〇〇? 〇〇? Not Mr. 〇〇? Isn't it normal to check?
Also, since it was the Obon period, I wanted to ask if there was a place nearby where I could eat dinner, but I was surprised to find that they seemed to be having trouble dealing with it.
Is the bathroom in your room cleaned again? It was very dirty and disappointing. (attached photo)
Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety.

The staff were wonderful 👍The greetings and consideration were wonderful. It would have been great to have a sauna. All the dishes are delicious. I still want to use it.

メイク落としを忘れて近くのコンビニに買いにいったんですが
大浴場の洗面所にありました。
お部屋も広めで冷蔵庫、お茶セットあり
棚がついているのが嬉しかったです。
とても清潔感あるホテルです。

離鬧市區有些距離，但是對應房間的價格卻是不低，設施比較舊，房間浴室裏好像發黴變綠了。和式房間會有小蟲子！

サクラマチクマモトから少し離れており、商店街からも他のホテルに比べて外れにあり、かなり遠いです。ホテルまでの道幅も広く、スーツケースを引きにくいので、大荷物の場合はタクシーとかの方がいいかもしれません。コンビニも5分かかります。ただ、大浴場がとても良く、部屋のアメニティ類、設備、オプションも文句ありません。特に女性大浴場はほぼ貸切状態、セキュリティも電子ロックがあり安心でした！
朝食は高いですが、熊本の名産が数多く並び、品数的にも価格分の価値はあると思いました。
総合的に遊びたい人には不便かもですが、寛ぎたい人には良いホテルだと思いました！
