Great choice! Walkable to a lot of good locations - Kumamoto Castle, Josaien, shopping street, tram stops, shopping mall.
They were kind enough to let us check in early because the room was ready. Early check out was also not a problem as we were allowed to leave our luggage as we enjoy our last day in Kumamoto.
The staff were also approachable. I had a minor issue and they instantly tried to remedy it.
We had a great stay in Kumamoto. Thank you!

We were give room on the 3rd floor for our return stay, the WiFi connection was terrible, there were some kind of red stains on one of our bath towel. No bottle mineral waters were provided to us at all. The walls have some brown stain that looks like coffee stained as well. Bed was not comfortable and we didn’t really sleep well.
