A very disappointing experience. The advantages of the hotel are: it is very clean overall, the location is convenient and close to Kumamoto Castle, and the breakfast is OK. An extra 1,100 yen will be charged for one hour early check-in, which has never happened in other hotels I have stayed in; 2: Almost everything is self-service, check-in and check-out are all machines, there is no service, there is no water in the room, you need to get water or buy water by yourself, there is no service phone in the room, and there is no service staff at all; 3: The twin room we booked is extremely small, even the suitcase cannot be opened, the space is extremely depressing, and I can't stand staying there for a second time; 4: The hotel is next to the road, it is very noisy when sleeping at night, the sound of the car is very obvious, and the glass is almost soundproof; 5: The curtains in the room are not suitable and cannot block the light. It's a good hotel in all aspects. It's a young brand owned by Hoshino. The breakfast is OK and the terrace has quite an a**osphere.

The design is stylish and has a youthful feel, and the breakfast is also excellent. The walking space in the room is narrow. No bottled water, slippers, etc. are provided. The dressing area is dark. Although there is a light booth above, I can't see the mirror clearly (it's difficult to put on makeup). The straight mirror is also dark. There was no place to put a phone in the toilet, and the bathroom floor was made of non-drying material and failed to dry all night. The parking lot is also far away and is not isolated from left to right.

It's so novel. The room is not big but the space is very useful. It's a busy area and very convenient for walking around.

Convenient transportation and good shopping nearby

Very good location! The hotel is located close to the tram and bus station which makes travel very easy. There is also many shopping option nearby. Although the room is small, it is tidy and clean. But the pillow and mattress are too soft.

The location is best place in Kumamoto and terrace view from lobby floor is fantastic. Just amenities are not enough and we had to take water from lobby floor which was inconvenient.

The Entaku room was very functional and nice. There was something I wanted to ask the front desk, but there was no phone in the room, so I had to go to the elevator hall, which was a bit of a hassle. Other than that, it was great.
