It was an amazing service and very good experience withe Suresh Maehta and Sentosh who where generous and support all we ask for. Goog people super recommend to visit in this classic restaurant ❤️

we visited the cafe/restaurant last week, drawn in by its beautiful location. However, the experience quickly turned unpleasant due to poor management and unprofessional service. As we entered, we were greeted by the strong smell of cow dung from the lawn area, which made sitting outside quite uncomfortable. When we requested indoor seating, we were bluntly denied, with the reason being that children are not allowed inside—a strange and unwelcoming policy, especially for a family-friendly setup. Since it was already 9:30 PM and we had limited options, we reluctantly decided to stay and dine outdoors. The surprises began early a standard Aquafina water bottle was priced at Rs.120, which we were told was to “maintain their standard.” Ironically, if they truly aimed for premium standards, they should have at least offered a better and premium quality water brand. We ordered pizza and pasta, which were thankfully decent and served hot. But the Chicken Malai Tikka: Completely undercooked, almost raw. We raised a complaint, and the waiter said he would replace it. In the meantime, we ordered the main course, which took 40 minutes to arrive and was a total letdown, Mutton- Undercooked and chewy, Chicken: Hardly any meat in the dish—mostly gravy and bones, Dal- Completely unseasoned, Rotis- Thick, doughy, and undercooked. When we asked to speak with the manager - Mr. Suresh, he showed no interest in listening and instead called in their so-called chef, who tried to justify the mutton by saying, “Pahari mutton thoda hard hota hai." We then asked him to ***** the flesh from the bone to prove his point—and unsurprisingly, he couldn’t. He had no answer for the raw rotis or the poorly cooked chicken either. The Malai tikka which was to be replaced was never replaced. It was only after an argument that they agreed not to charge us for certain dishes, but by then, the evening was already ruined. This place may look appealing from the outside, but the arrogant attitude of the manager, the substandard food, and the lack of basic hospitality made it a thoroughly disappointing experience. Highly avoidable, especially if you value your time, money, and mood.
