The rooms were very bad and not at all maintained. The bathrooms were disgusting and not cleaned and the bed sheet and all were dirty

The hotel is pretty ok they provide a room heater at 500 rupees extra. The staff is very polite but the hotel is under staffed. The food menu is also limited. So also the breakfast which is not a buffet.

Rooms are good. Staff is not pro. Services are not at all good. Had to ask multiple times for toiletries. Even water was not provided and had to call thrice to get water bottles. Finally they sent "yellow water"
tea pouch etc were not provided, on demand, they delivered expired kits. Light in bathroom not working
toilet seat is damage

A nicely located hotel away from the crowded streets. The view from room window is breathtaking. And awesome. Breakfast is ok. Heater provided was really good,
