This hotel is incredibly unsanitary and a regrettable waste of money. The bedding, including the bed sheets, pillows, and blankets, clearly lacks proper maintenance, indicating a disregard for hygiene and care. Additionally, when we requested a quilt, we were given an old and malodorous one that emitted an unpleasant smell. The restroom is disgustingly putrid, emitting an offensive odor. Given these glaring issues, I would rate this hotel with negative five stars. Summary: The hotel is located on a steep hill, far from the main road, making it extremely challenging to access by car. Moreover, upon entering the reception area, a strong and unpleasant smell pervades the space, likely due to the presence of people and the receptionist

Pathetic Management. We had to wait just to checkin for good 1-1.5 hours and later there wa no electricity in our room or anything else was functional properly. I will not recommend staying at this property, not at all worth the money. Very very bd experience.

Hopeless Propery, too far off from the city centre. Rude staff and management. Fleecing people by misleading via pics of rooms. Refused to give us the rooms we booked, misbehaved with us. Did not refund the deposit. We had to leave and find different place.
