The resort is very nice with beautiful views of the sea. The rooms were clean and Mr. Santosh one of the house cleaners was also very kind and cleaned our rooms very nicely. The spa was very relaxing and worth every penny. The food could have more options but still it was good.

It was an amazing stay. Definitely would recommend others to visit here. I had an amazing experience visiting here even it was just for one day. Vishnu from house keeping have really maintained and designed my room with flowers and it was handmade. Had a flower heart in our room with all the facilities. Sweets and snacks water were available whenever we needed. The food the staff were all friendly and was good hospitality. Bed is so comfortable and soft everything works properly. Huge and big thanks for Vishnu( house keeping) and other staff who made us comfortable here and for greeting us well. Will definitely visit next time for long stay xx.

Overall, it was a good experience. The hotel is spread across a large area and is surrounded by a freshwater lake. To reach the beach, which is across the lake, you need to take a boat ride. The beach area is quite deep, making the water inaccessible due to the sea’s depth. The taste of the food at the hotel was very good. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast, although the breakfast could have had more variety. Unfortunately, the chairs in the restaurant were very dirty and spotted with bird droppings. We were upgraded from a garden view room to a sea view room for a small fee. The upgraded room had a great view of the swimming pool, lake, and sea. I think the upgrade was worthwhile. The room was large and well-furnished, with complimentary snacks and drinks. The hotel service could definitely improve. Our request for towels and water in the evening was completely ignored. We also requested room cleaning when we went out the next day, but it was not attended to. We had to get the room cleaned after we returned in the evening. Additionally, the in-room dining service was slow. We used the swimming pool as well; the pool water did not feel neutral and it made the mouth and teeth sour. We wanted to check out early and received help with our luggage at 6 in the morning. However, the checkout process was slow, and the clerk at the desk seemed half asleep. There are two approach roads to the hotel. The shorter one is very narrow and steep, which made me uncomfortable driving my car there. However, it would be fine for smaller cars. The other approach road is slightly longer but wider and easier to drive through.

Very good ambiance and the Onam celebration was certainly the highlight. The rooms are excellent with well kept bathrooms. Dinner was not as good as expected but breakfast covered that up. Swimming pools and well kept and various outdoor and indoor games are available including cycling. Overall a very incredible experience.

We spent four nights at this delightful resort where rivers meet the sea. Our initial contact point was Athira , who attentively address’s my inquiries and requests.Considering the recent knee surgeries of my 71-year old mother, she arranged airport cabs for us. Our taxi wa waiting for us at the airport leading to a hassle free and comfortable ride to the resort , Upon swift check in , we were pleasantly surprised to receive to receive an interconnecting room positioned ideally close to the pool and restaurant. On occasion of my mother’s birthday present, she was pleasantly surprised wz cake , and Chef Rajnikant curated a wonderful meal for us , which we thoroughly relished.Every meal , whether it was breakfast or a snack , was enjoyable. A complimentary high tea, trying local snacks while watching the estuary and sunset was a particular highlight. A profound thankyou to all staff especially Parvathi , for her thoughtful genuine care , My mother still Holds fond memories of you. I felt compelled to rewrite this review to share with future guests the wonderful , customer focused this resort offers.

The hospitality and service from the staff at Estuary Sarovar Premiere-Kerala Poovar island was amazing. Especially,the morning bliss with the live music at Ripples restaurant something which everyone should once experience. The rooms were good and comfortable,but the view was simply breathtaking. Choose Estuary view room for limitless views of the Arabian Sea.

The rooms as well as the property was well maintained, the staff at the front desk were very helpful and we had a smooth check-in. The support staff at all areas were suppotive and ensured that we were comfortable. The property offers many activities and arrange out door activities such as boat rides and beach visits. We had a pleasent stay.

There were some arrangements and coordination issues. We arrived at hotel around 11 a.m. and were given a room only after 12 p.m. Our team outing there was delayed by one hour as a result. Everything else about the facility is good. The food was excellent and of decent quality. The pool's amenities and service were good. Clean and tidy room as well.
