Overall - clean, quiet, value for money, good location to food and shops, and mall. A good rest stop for me from Senai Airport.
However, (1) Internet tend to be intermittent in speed and ping, (2) Second storey climb requires 25 steps up the staircase.
The location is very good, the price is reasonable, the staff is also very friendly, and the room type is good. The hygiene is a little poor, the ceiling of the room is a bit moldy, and the corners are not cleaned properly, and there is dust and cobwebs.

Nice apartment. It is a good choice for multiple people to stay for one night. The location is very good and close to the city center ๐๐๐๐๐
Location not bad,
Room cleanliness average, the toilet door have noise once I tried swing open it .
Since the hotel located at the main road, noise from passing by vehicles can't be avoided.
The soundproof is also not up to standard, I can hear noises from corridors even the door is locked.
The family room was just nice for my family of 4. There are many eateries just walking distance from the hotel . Parking for hotel guest is not included and will have to pay for the street parking outside the hotel

SSwanTanRoom size is big, but ... i felt uncomfortable once noticed that our room window is towards the graveyard (ๅๅบ๏ผ, since nowadays Chinese guest is celebrating their Chinese New Year, the staff should avoid arrange those room which facing graveyard to those chinese guest. However We do not mind to stay in such room type in normal hour.
VVincent_ONGThe hotel is in a great location, surrounded by many restaurants and within walking distance of the Kulai temporary train station, IOI Mall, and AEON shopping center. Itโs also conveniently located along the main road leading to Kulai Old Town. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is situated in a cozy and quiet area. Iโll definitely return in the future!
SSiew Kuan FooLocation is good as it is near IOI mall and a 24 hour mamak stall nearby. I stayed 1 night for a morning flight at Senai airport. Check in was fast and seamless and staff was very helpful to address my queries with a smile. Check out was fast with different staff from check-in but staff were still courteous. I travel solo and just needed a basic sleep area. The dorm style female only suits my needs. Clean toilet with shower area and shampoo provided. Good & value for money.
AAnonymous UserRoom price considering higher than other hotels. The room is looking clean, the toilet clean to use, bed is nice to sleep that not causing itchiness, only thing is that the cup given is dirty and got voice slightly high out of the door as there's quarrell between the customers. However, still considering good as not affecting sleeping at night. Amenities given aren't good enough as there's no soap even got shampoo given in the toilet but it's not in packaging so then would be worry to use.
WWONGARTThis hotel is right next to the airport, and the price of the hotel room includes breakfast, which is really good value. I recommend this hotel for people whose flights are in the morning, you can have the breakfast the hotel provides, then take a 5-minute walk to the airport as a way to digest your meal. It's very convenient.
AAmychuuuI recently stayed at Le Grandeur Palm Resort Johor, and it was a good experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The resort has nice facilities, like the swimming pool, which were well-maintained. The breakfast had a good variety of food and tasted great. The location is peaceful and perfect for relaxing. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay in Johor.
JJamie00The location is secluded and peaceful. The building, rooms and grounds are a little old and crumbly but clean and green. The sounds of nature are amazing and awesome.
We were prepared for simple meals without much of a choice, having read reviews and understanding that the location has a part to play.
However, we did not expect the food to be bad. What made it worse was that when we gave feedback on my brotherโs dish, which was especially hard, the server said he would talk to the chef, then came back with the receipt saying it is what we ordered. It was also interesting that when we were still hanging around after dinner, we indicated to the server (who was attentive) that we were done and that he could clear the dishes, sensing that he wanted to. He offered the information that yes the chef wants to go home!
There are no telephones in the room. The TV turned on by itself 3 times at night, disrupting our sleep.
Basically you are on your own if you need assistance at night.
The nice part of this stay is the horse riding stables. We had a nice chat with the very friendly trainer the next morning and had fun playing with the horses. If you want to try horse riding, the fees are additional.
All in all, I canโt rate this accom highly as we did not get proper rest (good, uninterrupted sleep is a basic expectation), food was not good with no accessible options, and service was nonchalant; almost laughable. Not worth what we paid.
However the place has a lovely proposition with its serenity and horses - I hope it does better.
OowThe room is adequate. Our family has a queen-sized bed and a king-sized bed. It is on the third floor and overlooks the main road and a small cemetery in the distance. The third floor is accessible by stairs from the second floor which is the highest level served by the lift. The hotel is within walking distance to a Lotus hypermarket, a convenience store and a family pub. A halal eatery is on its ground floor. Coffeeshops serving simple fare are on the same row. The hotel appears to be undergoing an upgrade at this time. Note that the room did not come with a fridge and the air-conditioning was just ample despite setting it at a low temperature.
AAzmalSmall room, enough for a night stay. Air conditioning is good and got window view overlooking the parking lot. Most importantly, this hotel is just minutes away from the Senai International Airport.
EEvelynRoom floor was oily. No customer service attitude. Counter took their time to attend to customers. No night life around the area. They provide water coolers. Old hotel but nice design. Not much plugs in each room.
