"Can see the cleaners hard at work to keep the place sparkling clean, though the bedsheet seems abit yellowish and towel railings rusty. Maybe time to upgrade fittings. They have a sitting area where u can grt free drinks (milo, coffee etc) from dispenser machine."

"I stayed for one night at Impiana Hotel Senai in their twin room, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-kept — perfect for a short stay near the airport. The beds were comfortable, and the pillows gave good support for a restful sleep.
Check-in was smooth and the staff at the front desk were friendly and professional. I appreciated their quick service after a long day of travelling.
Facilities-wise, the hotel is well-equipped with a pool, gym, and even a small kids’ area, although I didn’t get to use them. The location is also a huge plus — it’s just a short drive to Senai Airport and Johor Premium Outlets, which made everything convenient."

"Never expect the room is so comfortable🤩 strongly recommend, the room is clean ,large super single bed ,toilet spacious and clean also. Hot water and aircon function well 👍🏼 friendly front desk staff, hotel do provide drinking water. Will book again for my next business trip. 👍🏼"

"Doesnt provide disposable room slippers, hair dryer is super outdated & not working after 1minute of using, need to follow the trend abit to provude slightly better-at least working hairdryer. Location wise is just right opp of Senai airport which is convenient if catching a flight. Bed is comfy but bedsheet & comforter is very old. Its fine cos i use my own disposable bedsheet. Breakfast is simple but good enough for a simple & quick brkfast before catching a flight."

"Customer service very nice but the aircond really not good been set timer auto close every two hours, and there is no fan no window. Got request to fix, fix third time still same so those four night i stay wake up every 2 hours and take out the room card and restart whole things ! Bc very hot cant tahan!"

GGuest UserBig and spacious. Sparkling clean especially the toilet. Strong water heater. The lady at the front office is cheerful and polite. This hotel is close to everything. Just 10 minutes away from City point KK and Filipino market.

GGuest UserThe unit's furniture looks new and comfortable. It is well maintained and looks like the published pictures. It is located at a neighbourhood area and hence it is quiet at night.The friday pasar malam is near the accommodation. However, the quality of the pillows can be improved and will be good if detergent can be provided. No wifi information was provided, but not a big issue. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

JJamie00The location is secluded and peaceful. The building, rooms and grounds are a little old and crumbly but clean and green. The sounds of nature are amazing and awesome.
We were prepared for simple meals without much of a choice, having read reviews and understanding that the location has a part to play.
However, we did not expect the food to be bad. What made it worse was that when we gave feedback on my brother’s dish, which was especially hard, the server said he would talk to the chef, then came back with the receipt saying it is what we ordered. It was also interesting that when we were still hanging around after dinner, we indicated to the server (who was attentive) that we were done and that he could clear the dishes, sensing that he wanted to. He offered the information that yes the chef wants to go home!
There are no telephones in the room. The TV turned on by itself 3 times at night, disrupting our sleep.
Basically you are on your own if you need assistance at night.
The nice part of this stay is the horse riding stables. We had a nice chat with the very friendly trainer the next morning and had fun playing with the horses. If you want to try horse riding, the fees are additional.
All in all, I can’t rate this accom highly as we did not get proper rest (good, uninterrupted sleep is a basic expectation), food was not good with no accessible options, and service was nonchalant; almost laughable. Not worth what we paid.
However the place has a lovely proposition with its serenity and horses - I hope it does better.

HHahuhaheClose to Senai airport but not within walking distance. Shower not screened from toilet, so once you shower, the toilet floor is wet. The surrounding environment is very degraded. See a lot of litter. The trash point is an eyesore. Potholes are filled in with construction debris.Not the hotel's fault. But i am not coming back.

WWin BkkLocated in Kulai, a convenient 10-minute Grab ride from Johor Bahru Airport. I used this as a transit hotel. I arranged a late check in via WhatsApp, which was smooth. The dorm room was clean. A/C worked well. The reception didn't know the wifi password on the floor I stayed, so I had to use it on the reception. Eating options were abundant and very close by even at late night.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at N45 and would recommend it.

I recently stayed at City Star Hotel Kulai, and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The hotel has a very demure and cozy atmosphere, making it a comfortable place to unwind.
One of the nice touches was the free drinks available in the fridge at the lobby, which is a thoughtful addition for guests. There’s also a minibar in the room, adding to the convenience. Speaking of the room, it was spotless—definitely one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in.
Overall, City Star Hotel offers great value with little extras that make a difference. If you’re in Kulai and looking for a comfortable, no-fuss stay, this hotel is definitely worth considering.
