I made the reservation through the trip app.
I paid in advance with PayPay and stayed in a twin room for my husband and I.
The hotel is a little old, but it has been renovated and we didn't find it inconvenient to use. The room was spacious, had all the amenities, and was clean.
Breakfast was included. What surprised me most was how cheap it was. At first, I thought that this was the price for one person, and that I had made a mistake in my reservation input, so I checked again.
The large, easy-to-access parking lot is unpaved, but the flags of the restaurant attached to the hotel are noticeable, and I thought it would be nice if there was a sign that hotel guests could see at a glance that it is a parking lot.
For dinner, I looked up nearby restaurants and went to an old, small Chinese restaurant about 400-500 meters away on foot. The food was delicious and I was satisfied.
I would like to use Hotel Kuki again when I come to visit my grandson and daughter and her husband who live in Shiraoka.

I will never stay here again. The food is terrible.
The room floor was not cleaned and there were vomit stains. The toilet smelled like pee. I bought Magiclean toilet cleaner myself and cleaned it, but the floor was covered in black hair. 30 minutes before check-out, the phone kept ringing the neighboring room when it was obviously empty, and 20 minutes before, they called to remind me to check out. It was unpleasant. If it was less than 5,000 yen, I would be able to forgive it. The only thing that was really nice was the foreigner at the front desk at night.
