酒店前台女服務員態度冷淡蠻橫，房間裏的瓶水喝完想提前喝第二天的平水，前台説給送結果等了一個晚上也沒送，第二天又説不給送；前台服務員根本沒有服務意識，沒禮貌，沒素質；酒店環境是跟好幾家其它酒店湊合著共用電梯；通道里的燈是感應的還不好用，晚上通道里黑暗，床墊鋪的都不合格，一次性的拖鞋是如同紙片薄的很，每個房間衹免費提供兩雙，鞋濕了想多要一雙都要收費。總之，以後再不會住這家酒店，也不會給朋友推薦，相反提醒大家也不要入住這酒店，理由很簡單，前台女服務員服務太差就是沒服務，酒店設施少就連中央空調都是把掛機藏起來然後用中央空調照起來看着以為是中央空調來蒙人，衞生臟（玻璃上全是灰塵）大家自己看實圖

整體不錯，入住時，在一棟大樓裏，裏面還有兩個酒店，周邊有便捷超市，房間比較大，適合親子旅遊入住，遇到燒水插座跳閘問題，很快解決，但電視會時不時沒電，因為沒看電視，所以沒有反饋

我們玩獨山子大峽谷住宿奎屯，第二天去賽里木湖！ 酒店裝修新，處在鬧市區，走路2公里去美食街。位置不錯！但是房間不大空調還是用壁掛機，製冷效果不好。性價比一般。
