鉑然和旁邊的西岐商務是一家，在一個前台辦入住，在同一個餐廳吃早餐，早餐都是15一位，都是含在房費裏。
重點：提醒各位想訂鉑然的朋友：早餐8點開始！！8點開始！！鉑然的也是8點去就行！！如果前台跟你説8點半，那就是想讓你吃西岐商務的剩飯！！那時沒多少能吃的了！！她會跟你強調8點半！！
這裏把客人分了個三六九等，差別對待！讓西岐商務的8點吃，讓鉑然的8點半才能去，那時菜已不剩幾樣了，有一半都衹剩菜湯了，但是沒的補！用前台的橫話説就是“還有什麼你就吃什麼！！”還美其名曰“分批吃飯”！請問餐廳“分批上飯”了嗎？！客人按酒店的説法8點半去，7個菜有4個都見底了！除了水煮蛋和米粥什麼都沒的加！前台老大姐還雲淡風輕、理直氣壯的説“一直都這樣！很正常！一個菜都沒有了嗎？！讓你衹吃鹹菜了嗎？！……”
嗯，大家注意前台大姐説了會一直這樣！
另外，酒店設施很差，房間沒有抽紙，衞生間又小又沒有乾濕分離，還反味。鉑然門前無法停車，需要到西岐商務這邊自己找車位。西岐商務主接旅行團，前台大姐還説了，“我們酒店和旅行團有協議，旅行團早晨7點就開始吃！！他們要去獨庫！”那真謝謝酒店把早做出來的殘羹剩飯給散客保着温了！難道散客訂了你的房間與你不算有合同和協議？！還是你們眼裡衹有團？！
前台大姐還説“我們老闆三個酒店呢！！……”就是不知這第三家是哪家？你們按第幾等對待？
另外，那天餐廳對8點半客人要求補菜一開始也極其強硬的表示“沒的加！還有什麼你就吃什麼！這裏不是為你一人服務的！……”客人不滿，最後才重新開火補了一個，一共7種菜，4種沒的變成3種沒的了。實話實説。

整體太差，太對不起攜程的價格了，房間衞生臟亂差，床頭與牀頭櫃直接還有蜘蛛網，床單是破損的，一股怪味，窗户是壞的，關不上，衞生間更是破舊不堪，半夜還有人敲門，前台服務員拉着個哭喪臉，好像誰欠她幾百萬似的，奉勸各位遊客千萬千萬不要再上當了，也給攜程一個建議，像這樣差的“酒店”應該下架，不要再禍禍遊客了。

離各大景區不遠。和隔壁賓館是一家老闆，辦理入住要去隔壁登記。房間設施很新，入住家庭房，很舒服。帶簡單早餐，大人吃還行吧。樓下有賣水果，新疆水果便宜啊！！

非常好的酒店，地理位置優越，走一會兒就到小吃一條街了，吃喝玩逛很方便，酒店很衞生，空間很大，設施齊全，很新，住的非常舒服，價格也比較合理

房間裏就放了一小卷紙，用完去問前台説，一個房間就一卷，然後説什麼下班了，哎，沒辦法，半夜出去買了一包。讓人心情鬱悶，再不來下次了。

被子都是爛的，從被子裏面還可以看到頭一次客人掉的頭髮，這樣的衞生，下次誰敢住，被子床單不是一客一換嗎？

床鋪比較潮濕，新疆這麼乾燥這麼潮也是罕見，不知道是不是為了床鋪平整用水了。其次是家裡定了兩間房都説房間有異味。剛入住開了空調發現有聲音聯繫前台給處理，維修師傅説這個沒法弄，當時想了想聲音不算太大可以忍下，但是半夜被空調巨大的震動聲吵醒了。關了空調又熱的不行，聯繫前台倒是給瞭解決方案，沒有房間了，有間房沒收拾換個床鋪可以住進去，倒是實在麻煩而且沒收拾有心理障礙。最後就是一晚上沒休息好，第二天還要開車五個小時，實在痛苦而且很危險。
