我的居住體驗非常愉快。首先，這裏的地理位置非常便利，距離購物中心、餐館和公園都很近。其次，房子的佈局和設計非常合理，空間寬敞明亮，傢俱擺設也非常舒適。

環境很好，停車在商場地下負二層，跟家人繞了半天，建議商家做一下指引。屋裡的都是智能家居，下樓都是商鋪，吃飯方便。去看獨山子大峽谷、獨庫公路都得經過奎屯。剩下看圖。

我這個人一般不給差評，但對這個酒店就無語了。首先，可能是新裝修的原因，一進門就有很難聞的甲醛味撲鼻而來。然後，地下停車場非常的臟，有一股讓人難受的惡臭味兒。最後一點，這個酒店不好找，一進大廳那種很破舊，很臟的感覺。前台服務員的那個態度，欠他一頓飯一樣。

酒店位置不好找，定位名稱不是酒店名稱，只有進到酒店大堂才能看見酒店名字，非常不方便，快到酒店時，路口被商販用鐵鏈攔截，由於是晚上沒有看到，導致車前面被劃傷。很不愉快的一次入住。
