The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. When I checked in, I was waiting there and thought the two front desks were busy. After waiting for a few minutes, I found that the two front desks were chatting on their mobile phones. There were children checking in nearby. The front desk whispered that they didn't like to check in. If you are underage, the hotel smells very bad. I don’t recommend it. The only thing I like about it is the security guard. He says hello enthusiastically every time he goes out.

如家，品牌就是品牌，超級舒服。一是早餐特別豐富。早餐品種多達20多樣，意想不到的是早餐競有鮮蝦吃，咖啡也特別香。二是房間衞生乾淨。房間比較大，布草非常舒適，開窗簾、開電視有“小度”負責，智能化服務很方便。三是服務熱情周到。前台美女小姐姐人美心善，主動幫我們升級了房間，辦理入住手續很嫻熟，説話很暖心。如家，一家值得推薦的酒店。

非常非常好！是在新疆城市裡住得最滿意的一家！房間特別大而且可以看日落，很美。酒店送早餐，早餐也太豐富了吧，都是我愛吃的，還可以點餛飩粉絲麪條。真沒想到在奎屯能這麼舒服😌強烈推薦！

圖片是入住後的水杯～估計連洗碗液都沒用過就洗了吧… 上一個客人用過的痕跡那些全部都在上面…。關鍵是… 酒店又讓人過來換杯子！ 結果換過來的杯子依然是臟的…

意外的乾淨，比烏魯木齊全季好，比較新，環境也可以，沒有異味。早餐也超過預期。服務不能按內地要求，但硬件床品都還行。在北疆環線算是性價比超優的途中休息站了，樓下的那迪樓蘭拌麪意外的好吃，沒有拍照
