Hotel Aquamarin

The hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach in Kühlungsborn West. The room we had was small but had everything you need. However, we missed a minibar and the power sockets are very hidden. The bio sauna is not in operation and the relaxation area with three loungers is very small. In the sauna and in the restaurant, the Corona period does not seem to be over yet. The breakfast is extensive and good. The hotel is OK, but even if it has the amenities for 4 stars, it is more worthy of 3 stars. The hairdryer in the room overheats after 3 minutes, there is a spa, but there are no towels and no staff in the spa area, you can get flip-flops from reception on request. 2 of the 3 saunas were being serviced and the pillars in the swimming pool should also be renovated. The beds are rather small and even when we asked and were willing to pay for a better room, they did not want to make us an offer. The breakfast was good.

The hotel has a very nice location. All the staff are very conscientious and accommodating. The small swimming pool is very clean and nicely decorated. It is a lot of fun to splash around in there. Our room was spacious and clean, despite the extra bed. The bathroom is also very spacious. The breakfast buffet is particularly worth mentioning. There is nothing missing there! We will be back!

Wir waren echt enttäuscht. Leider war zu unserer Zeit auch eine Messe im Hotel. Schon bei Ankunft kam man nicht auf den Hotelparkplatz. Einen Tag später,war auch nicht daran zu denken auf dem Hotelparkplatz zu parken. Die Zone vor dem Eingang,der für Rettungs-u.Feuerwehr dedacht ist ,wurde auch ständig blockiert. Die Dame an der Rezeption gab uns dann barsch zu verstehen das wir den öffentlichen Parkplatz nutzen müssen. Das Hotel ansich ist sehr old Scool.Die Einrichtung ist 80ger Jahre. Die Betten sehr durchgelegen. Das Bad bietet nur eine Badewanne.(Nicht mehr Zeitgemäß). Die Größe des Zimmers war ok. Leider war das Hotel auch sehr hellhörig. Der Spabereich mit Pool und Sauna war gut. Das beste war aber das Frühstück. Wirklich sehr umfangreich und lecker. Auch das Personal war sehr aufmerksam. Was wir nicht so schön fanden,das uns andere Gäste an den Tisch gesetzt wurden. Das Irish Pub im Hotel ist weit entfernt von einem Pub.Vllt.sollte man damit anfangen irische Musik in diesem zu spielen und nicht Radio. Da nützt es auch nicht das dort Kilt getragen wird. Das Personal wirkte völlig überfordert und genervt. Man hatte das Gefühl zu stören,und ich denke es ging auch anderen Gästen so. Unser Aufenthalt war dann auch schnell beendet. Wir hatten vor im Sommer wiederzukommen....dass werden wir nicht!!! Haben wieder storniert und uns was moderneres ,mit befahrbarem Parkplatz gesucht. Fazit:Wer keine Ansprüche hat oder frech das macht was er will ,ist hier als Gast richtig! Nur müssen wir uns dann nicht über die Ellbogengesellschaft wundern. Ich hätte mir Personal und ein Managment gewünscht das sich durchsetzt !

Das nah an der Strandpromenade in Kühlungsborn West gelegene Hotel hat uns 8 Tage eine sehr gutes Urlaubszeit geschaffen. Vom Zimmer über das Frühstück und vom Personal bis zur Sauberkeit war alles top. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, weil es rundum toll war.
