A truly excellent restaurant that differs from most other restaurants in the resort. Excellent selection and excellent dishes at good prices. Great service/staff! First choice in Kuhlungsborn! Nice premises with a lovely view of the beach/ocean.

Together with my wife I visited Kühlungsborn. At night we wanted to have dinner. Attracted by the menu outside of the hotel, we entered the house. In the lobby there was a sign post, ordering us to wait till we would be picked up. We waited about ten minutes, nobody showed up, so we went to the kitchen area and asked the chef de salle. She said, she would be with us in a while. Meanwhile, a waitress approached us and we asked her whether we could get a table for two. She asked us whether we were hotel guests. We said no. Then she asked us whether we had made a reservation which we also denied. Then she asked a colleague waiter and she came back to us and said there were no tables. We left the hotel, where could see about one third of free tables . Considering the fact that they had a menu card outside of the hotel, we thought this a very unfriendly act.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit sehr netten und zuvor kommenden Mitarbeitern. Unser Zimmer mit Blick auf die Seebrücke von einem Balkon aus und vom anderen Balkon aus auf die Strandpromenade ein Traum. Zimmer sehr komfortabel mit großem Bett. Kaffeemaschine mit Pads kostenlos, sowie die Minibar, die jeden Tag aufgefüllt wurde. Das Bad schön groß und zum Wohlfühlen. Im Hotel eine gemütliche Atmosphäre mit angenehmen Duft und beruhigender Musik. Frühstück sehr viel Auswahl, für uns gibt es kaum ein besseres Anbebot an Essen und Getränken. Einfach nur sehr lecker und schönes Ambiente. Abendessen a la Carte: Tolle Auswahl und gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Der Spa Bereich wunderschön mit In- und Außenpool. Die Ganz Körpermassage war super schön und danach im Ruheraum noch liegen und die Zeit genießenmit einem Getränk. Zum Geburtstag gab es eine Aufmerksamkeit vom Hotel mit Kuchen, Sekt und Blumen aufs Zimmer. Also mehr geht nicht! Können wir nur Empfehlen, wir sind immer noch total begeistert.

Wir waren bisher immer im Kurhaus Binz und wollten Kühlungsborn kennenlernen. Der Empfang war super nett und das Zimmer war vor 15 Uhr fertig. Wahrscheinlich weil das Zimmer 201 niemand gerne beziehst. Der Blick, gebucht Landseite, ist direkt auf den Parkplatz. Die Bilder der Hotelseite zeigen in dieser Kategorie andere Impressionen. Wirklich schade aber unsere Begeisterung hält sich in Grenzen.

Hallo liebes Team vom Travel Charme Ostseehotel Kühlungsborn! :-) Wow was war das für schöne 2Tage bei ihnen gewesen...... Die Ankunft war unbeschwert und ohne Komplikation gewesen einfach nur toll. Man hat sich gleich um uns gekümmert was nicht immer eine Voraussetzung ist in manchen Hotels. ;-) Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und das sollte kein Jahr dauern! Vielleicht sehen wir uns ja schon zu Silvester wieder … Ich wünsche ihnen und ihrem Team weiter viel Erfolg und Spaß an der Arbeit im Travel Charme Ostseehotel Kühlungsborn Ich verbleibe mit freundlichem Gruß

Ein wirklich schönes Hotel in einer Mega Lage direkt am Strand. Tolles Frühstück und alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, hilfsbereit und sympathisch. Wir hatten ein privates Handtuch im Zimmer vergessen, es wurde uns sofort gebracht nachdem wir ausgecheckt hatten. Das war ein toller Service. Wir wollen sehr gern wiederkommen. Vielen Dank wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Tolles Hotel direkt am feinsandigen Strand. Nur durch die Promenade getrennt. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sehr nettes Personal. Garten sehr gepflegt. Pool sauber, könnte aber ein wenig größer sein. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral zur Fußgängerzone mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften und der Seebrücke.

Schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage direkt an der Seebrücke und mit Blick auf die Ostsee. Kleiner aber gepflegter Wellness-Bereich mit Pool. Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Interieur und Design des Hotels ist nicht mehr ganz modern aber noch in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war für uns der einzige Schwachpunkt. Hier bieten andere Hotels gleicher Preisklasse mehr und attraktiver präsentiert. Insbesondere die Milch im Schraubglas auf den Tischen und in der Sonne ist grenzwertig bis unappetitlich. Saft aus dem Automat geht nicht.
