House keeper is so nice and everything is wonderful here. We can share a private beach here and it is a good place to meditation.

Located on the best beach in Borneo. Forget about KK, if you want to have the best borneo experience, drive to this place (if possible). Private pool on your villa, 45 seconds walk to the beach, the sunset view is way better than the one in Tanjung Aru Beach.

Come prepare with groceries to cook for yourself or drive to the closest restaurant (Tommy's Place or Seafood Restaurant - only cash)

Lovely chalet to stay in. There is private swimming pool and you can swim anytime even until midnight. The room is spacious and cozy. The staff is helpful and friendly.

The bathroom was not ensuite. It was outside and was very inconvenient when raining for elderly. Cleanliness was poor not worth the money and value. Breakfast not really nice to taste, limited choice.

Staffs are polite and responsive.
However the cleanliness is really bad with blood stains on the blanket, bathroom amenities is old and rusty.
Overall , does not worth the price paid.

Very comfortable and clean, service 👍
The downside is that it is 30 minutes away from the city center
and the bathroom is outside!
But I am satisfied enough to want to visit again~
The sea is also a 1-minute walk away
