Kudafushi Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

I can’t even begin to describe this beautiful little island. After landing by sea plane I felt instantly that I had arrived in total paradise. We were greeted by the most courteous staff and welcomed instantly by a beautiful lady called Marta she explained that Kudafushi in Maldive language means “tiny island” She also asked me if there was anything in particular that I was hoping to do while there on my holiday , I explained that I would love to plant a tree in memory of my late daughter who passed away in 2018 age 22 and forever pregnant with her little girl , Marta told me she would try her best to help me achieve that. I travelled with my cousin and we had booked an over the water villa with our own private pool. Black tipped sharks would swim every evening around the beach area next to the water villas, amazing to see . The pool was so big and the room was oozing the true Maldive island vibe. The villa was outstanding and it was so clean, the cleaner Salanty was outstanding, he called him wee Sal , nothing was too much trouble for him and he was always checking in on us to see if we needed anything. He is a total credit to Kudafushi and one evening he even decorated my bed beautifully with flowers for me . A huge shout out to wee Sal we will never forget you. As we were there for 10 nights the first couple of day we just wanted time to chill out and enjoy the villa . We ordered room service a number of times for food and drinks for a couple of nights, there was a 60 percent charge for the in- villa dining but it was well worth it and gave us the time to just totally relax and settle in which is what we needed at that time. Our room service was delivered by two fantastic guys called Lost and Shazeen , they both were also outstanding and so kind, helpful and friendly. We had an instant connection with Lost and we were so glad that we met him, we can’t praise him enough, such a kind , friendly and genuine lovely man. Meeting him really made our holiday. One morning we ordered a floating breakfast, I can’t recommend this enough it was seriously amazing, compared to other resorts the price of this was well worth it and much cheaper, so if your going to Kudafushi put that on your to do list you won’t regret it, incredible ! We had booked the all inclusive deal , there is two all inclusive deals , one with drinks included and there is the option of the soft all inclusive, the pina coladas, cocktails and African white white were a big hit for us and were so delicious so we were glad we chose the full all inclusive. The North sail restaurant was also amazing with such a huge selection, as a British I was a little worried prior to going as I like simple meals however I decided to be a little adventurous and tried things I would never had dreamed of eating before but the food was so delicious I couldn’t fault it at all. There was a lady that worked most days at the hot grill section (can’t remember her name ) but she made the most delicious cooke

My mum and I enjoyed a lot staying in paradise island! The sea is beautiful and warm, island pretty picturesque and service is just the top. Unfortunately we had 2 completely rainy days but I was aware it may be not such a good time to go to Maldives. Nevertheless we had best time and enjoyed this vacation. We spend half days in beach villa and enjoyed the design and open bathroom with palm trees around. Half in the water villa was nice as well. I am really not sure what I would choose as the vibe is really different. We liked themed dinners as the food could vary every day which is kind of nice as you go every day to the same place. Mexican and Mediterranean restaurants are also very nice although due to the weather we couldn’t eat at the beach. I would suggest that during rainy days the hotel could organise some activities but anyway, we spend nice also those. Our favourite place was bar close to Mexican restaurant, we came there often just to read at the sofas and enjoy tranquility and view. I was previously at two other resorts in Maldives and have to say this one is great considering quality/price. I only wish reef would be a bit more alive, but we still spend lots of hours exploring it.

Incredibly nice, feel-good place. Lush, green vegetation covering almost the entire island, nice, friendly and professional staff everywhere. The food is excellent, big variety. You can choose to spend your time on your own or take part in the resort-organised activities. The house reef is amazing, very close to the beaches (which means easily reachable) and absolutely teeming with life. The dive center staff is also absolutely amazing, very friendly and competent and will show you the reef from a completely different perspective. We really appreciated the effort to be as sustainable as possible.

Top resort. We were on many islands before, but Kudafushi is far the best. There is an amazing evironment. But the resort is 10/10 as well. I could mention the service, the food, the rooms or the excursions. Every details are perfect. The members of the staff were always very kind. Highly recommended.

We have travelled to many exotic destinations and this year we decided to return to the Maldives after 11 years. We chose the resort of Kudafushi randomly thanks to a travel agent and it was definitely a good choice! Once again, it was a wonderful vacation that we will fondly remember. The resort has an amazing atmosphere full of sunshine, exotic smells and friendly smiling people. We had tried staying in a water villa in other places years ago and this time we chose to stay in a beach villa. We were thrilled! The villa is steps away from the beautiful blue ocean with a breathtaking underwater world just off the shore, surrounded by fine white sand, you can swim any time of the day and spend your nights like we did with the door open filled with the sound of the sea... Absolutely amazing! In addition, all inclusive really excellent varied food, excellent wines, a great selection of mixed drinks and great coffee. During our stay the hotel manager offered us the option of moving to a different type of accommodation on the other side of the island to experience all that the resort has to offer, but we gratefully declined, we were perfectly happy in "our" villa. We were also happy to take the opportunity to diversify our holiday with sports and regularly played tennis and rented a kayak. Also the snorkelling here was unique, the coral reef starts right at the beach so we could dive at any time and it was always amazing. There was a varied programme for guests during the day and every evening, and sitting in the beach bar with a drink as the sun set was wonderful. We were a little surprised that there was no dress code for entering the restaurant, especially for dinner. But it is very liberating to spend the whole holiday without shoes on the sand! The housekeeping service in the villa worked well too, perhaps I just missed the lovely creative floral decorations on the bed, or the little surprises of fruit or a bottle of sparkling wine in the room, as has been the case in other resorts where we have holidayed. It's the little things that put a smile on any guest's face. The resort is open relatively recently, it is rated as 5*, but some of the amenities of the beach villa would already deserve repair or replacement. I understand that the bathroom, located very unconventionally and imaginatively outside the villa, is exposed to non-stop weather, but all the more care needs to be taken with the treatment of the wood and sanitary facilities. Even the flooring in the villa could do with a renovation and certainly a better quality material. It didn't spoil our good impression though, we loved Kudafushi and would love to come back again! I would also like to praise the very good service of the local travel agency that arranged the transfer from Malé airport to the seaplane airport and back. Everything worked absolutely perfectly and the staff were very friendly and willing to help with anything, it was very pleasant.

Our fourth visit to this resort. All perfect. A nice welcome and free upgrade to the beach villa with pool was very pleased. This resort is just great. Everything is perfectly cleaned, beach, accommodation and villa itself. The absolute TOP is all hotel employees. They are all great and friendly. The food is very delicious and the offer is diverse. There is nothing we can complain about. We were very happy again. Thank you Taisia for the overall information service. Thank you for the great service Areej, and the cooks “Mr. Pasta” and “Mr. Fruit”. Thanks to all others. We will be happy to come to you again.

The most amazing, enjoyable and peaceful location, staff and installations you desire when travelling to a resort in a paradisiacal island in the middle of the ocean. For sure, we will repeat sometime in the future. Superb & Delightful!!!

We chose Kudafushi Resort & Spa for our wedding and we must say we made the right decision! Beautiful long beaches, an ocean full of life with beautiful corals, excellent service and food. We went here with our parents who do not speak English but it was not a problem. We managed to arrange everything and the organization was top-notch. It was the first time when we had a village with a pool on the water and it was an experience we will remember for the rest of our lives. Thank you!

Althouhg we never go to same place again, we have spent third holiday on Kudafushi. That speaks for itself… Kudafushi is a real paradise. Beautiful, green, quite and cozy island, surrounded by house reef full of life, fish, turtles, dolphins… Nice, smiling people taking care of you every day, ready to fulfill all your wishes honestly. Special thanks to Mr. Jameel, the manager, for wonderful care, friendly behaviour and perfect service. If you search for absolute relax, walking shoeless on white sand, swimming in clear blue sea, enjoing delicious food, being surrounded by green palms, colourfull flowers…. Choose Kudafushi. 🙏🏻🌸🌸🌸
