Όμορφος χώρος, άνετο δωμάτιο 15 λεπτά από το Αϊβαλί. Ωραία πισίνα αξιοπρεπές πρωινό θα προτιμούσα ευρωπαϊκού τύπου και όχι αποκλειστικά τουρκικό.

We were looking for somewhere to stay in the area as our friends villa was a little over occupied. After visiting several hotels and viewing rooms & prices, came across this gem on TripAdvisor. What can I say, what a difference from the rest. Amazing location near Ayvalik, massive rooms , air con, superb breakfast included, pool, super clean and incredible service and hospitality. You would think this would be expensive but no, one of the best priced hotels too. We loved it. We thank you so much for making an otherwise spoilt visit a real pleasure. There is absolutely nothing I can fault. Recommended for couples and families.

Perfect Location in Ayvalık Rooms have a balcony and a kitchen with all equipment Have a clean pool Breakfast is perfect has many kinds Have a dinner opportunity and great Turkish mezes. 1 km away from their own beach and it has a lunch place also.

This is our second time. It is a great place, lovely and clean. Pool is good, sea is great and buildings are so nice. Service is quick and very good. This is my favorite apart hotel. My kids really like Zeytinarası hotel.

İlk bakışta peyzaj ve konsept çok cazip görünse de en başta havuzun kirliliği moralimizi bozdu. Suyu bulanık, içerisi böcekten geçilmiyor, her tarafından kediler su içiyor ve çocuklar çocuk havuzuna girip tuvaletlerini yapıp çıkıyor. Zaten havuzu kullanmak için gitmemiştik ama eksi puan aldı. Odalar da ilk bakışta temiz ferah görünse de yerler kim bilir en son ne zaman süpürüldü. Yatak altları tüm köşeler toz içinde. Tuvalet kağıtlığı yok, bir tomar peçete bırakmışlar açıkta duruyor. Sıvı sabun yok sadece küçük bir tane katı sabun var. Sivrisinekler büyük bir problem çünkü banyodaki havalandırma deliğinden sürekli giriyorlar. Odanın tüm duvarları ise önceki misafirlerden kalan sivrisinek ölüleri ile dolu. Anahtar ile oda kartı birleşik olması çok anlamsız buna bir alternatif getirilmeli. Yatılan çarşaflarda delikler var. Havuz başındaki barın fiyatları ise ortalamanın üstünde maalesef gereksiz. 1 gece yol üstünde konaklamak için olabilir bir mekan ama daha fazlası değil.

Sizlerin yorumuyla tercih ettik bilmediğimiz bir yerdi ama karşılama ve konaklama yapacağımız yer çok iyiydi. Iyiki gelmişiz. Iyiki burada jonaklamişız.
Odamız çok temizdi, kap kacak ocak tava hersey mevcut. Garsonlar cok kibar. Kahvaltı açık bufe ve leziz.

Temizlik çok kötü.mutfak gereçleri çok pis hepsini suyla yıkamıslar gibi lekeler hala duruyodu .carsaflar kotu kokuyodu.ev supurulmemisti.oda kucuktu. mutfak dolaplarının icini tozdan goremedim.1 ay once yapmıslar gibi toz vardı belki daha fazla.yeri ortalama bir yerde. aracla 15-20 dk surebilir.restorant yemekler guzel fakat merkeze gore cok daha pahalı. havuz buyuk ama o da pis.dibine daldıgımda bir suru agac yapragı bocek gordum.tek olumlu ozellik sanırım evlerin tas goruntusu bide havuzun buyuklugu olabilir baska artı ozelligini ben deneyimlemedim.fiyatını asla haketmeyen bir yer.tavsiye etmiyorum.iyi gunler.

Odalar , temizlik ve sessizligi harika. Kahvaltisi ***et yeterli ve doyurucu. Anlasmali plajinin durumu pek iyi degildi malesef, plaja disaridan yiyecek ve icecek getirmek yasak dendi ama apart otel musterisi olarak mutfagimjzda hazirladigimiz seyleri kendimiz sahilde yiyebilmeliyiz plaj isletmesinjn bunu kisitlamasi cok sacma ve yersizdi.
Havuzla alakali olarak bize hayal kirikligi oldu, havuzun suyu yemyesil bizi biraz korkuttu girmedik. Sorduğumuzda kimyasal tepkimedwn yesil dendi ama acikcasi biz guvenli bulmadigimiz icin girmedik
