When we arrived, they brought water and chilled delicious watermelon and melon in our rooms which was spot on after our long trip to Berat. We are family of 6, 4 kids. We booked a four bedroom and double room, the rooms are beautifully and tastefully decorated in traditional style, very spacious and what is most important to me, very clean. When asked what they recommend for dinner they suggested the Taverna next door owned by the owner’s brother and the dinner there was just amazing. The breakfast served at Hotel Kaceli was best we had in Albania on our three-week trip; pile of pancakes for the kids, homemade jams, bio diary products from local farmers, omelets, toast, olives, salami etc. The kindness and excellent service at Kaceli was exceptional, we totally recommend this hotel to everyone.
