The hotel staff were very friendly to us. The facilities are good. There is a restaurant and a bar and the WiFi works good. The room was perfect. We liked the decorated style of wood in the room. We liked the breakfast as well. Keep going!

When we arrived, they brought water and chilled delicious watermelon and melon in our rooms which was spot on after our long trip to Berat. We are family of 6, 4 kids. We booked a four bedroom and double room, the rooms are beautifully and tastefully decorated in traditional style, very spacious and what is most important to me, very clean. When asked what they recommend for dinner they suggested the Taverna next door owned by the owner’s brother and the dinner there was just amazing. The breakfast served at Hotel Kaceli was best we had in Albania on our three-week trip; pile of pancakes for the kids, homemade jams, bio diary products from local farmers, omelets, toast, olives, salami etc. The kindness and excellent service at Kaceli was exceptional, we totally recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you Refid and Etleva Kaceli, we and our kids loved it!

We are delighted with our stay at this hotel. The hosts were very helpful and helped us with all our problems. Upon arrival, water and fresh sweet cherries were waiting for us in the room. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable. The breakfasts are just great. We recommend this hotel to all guests of Berat.

This is a hotel with beautiful rooms ( very clean and has AC) , friendly staff , great breakfast . We will be staying again here in a few days and it was definitely the right choice for us …. Everything was amazing and We are looking forward to our return stay.

Een zeer leuk en mooi familiehotel. Je werd er vriendelijk ontvangen, kamers zijn mooi ingericht, klassieke inrichting, maar brandschoon. Familie verteld je graag over de omgeving en hebben goede tips als je dat vraagt. Mooie uitvalbasis om Berat te verkennen. Zeer goed ontbijt met veel home-maid producten waar ze erg trots op zijn. 2 nachten met veel plezier verbleven. Zeker een hotel om terug te gaan.

Un Hotel con mucho encanto!! Muy buen servicio, muy buen desayuno con productos locales, todo el mundo muy amable!! Un sitio recomendable, un poco alejado del centro de la ciudad, pero también se agrade, lejos de agetredo centro!! Sería un sitio que repetiría.
