Hotels near Mini Stadium Telaga Air in Kuching

Overall is good, i like it. just my special request I didn’t receive AT ALL!! I request for wedding decoration but 3rd party didn’t inform or update anything about the request to hotel. Very dissatisfied when i ask receptionist, they said 3rd party didn’t update or inform anything to them. Hotel unable or doesn’t have access to check any special request from guest, BUT 3RD PARTY NEED TO UPDATE A REQUEST FROM GUEST TO HOTEL. Fix that!

Sarawak Penginapan ke2 Times ne chose at santubong sbb new after hiking in the mountain Santubong confirmed x must want to p far away, so decide to find a nearby area to rest. The gate will be closed at 10pm, so the car park is outside, but there is a small door to enter the hotel. - Children under 12 are not allowed to stay here. -there's room type dorm and cheaper for backpackers type 1 Room -All rooms are upstairs, so we have to hike again up the stairs, the feet are already hard on the mountain Santubong 1. -Smuts are not allowed to be brought in to the room, must be placed outside 1 - Food is allowed in the room. - The booked room was a village double room, a x room width is 20 square meters, but there's still a room to rest. -bilik air speed -Cleaning 1 - The room would turn on the lake sgt- suitable for honeymoon. -One Ja weakness of the room is a bit hot although there is a water supply and a fan, his sbb wall is zink. -bilik tiada TV, xada kettle, xada teh or kopi, nak minum kena p cafe. -Masuk and Billik Ada Bau Pandan McM Hotel Kat Bali. 1convenience -parking cars available but limited and space is also tight for big cars, like we ride the axia so no problem to stuck 1 -swimming pool mmg lawa, depth 1 open from 2 limited 5org ja in pool, SOP - There are 2 bicycles. - They can go around the village. - Close to the beach, so in the evening can serve sunset by walking distance 🛖Dinner & Breakfast - His food is delicious and delicious even ala carte. -Dinner mcm candle light dinner ❤️, ada appetiser, main course dan desert( kami order mushrooms soup, salad, spaghetti olio, fish n chips, banana split, kek lapis sarawak with ice cream, watermelon juice, fresh orange juice, latte, long black) -breakfast plak order bihun goreng, pan cake - It's worth the price paid for dinner and breakfast service. 🛖Value for money - very worth all aspects -Recomended for the honeymoon - Good luck.

I love RAIA hotel but if compared to the last 5 times we went the cleanliness has been regressed a little bit. If they can keep the hotel room more clean it will be a perfect hotel for us to stay in Kuching. Overall still very good in a very good condition.

The location is excellent. There are several gourmet restaurants nearby. Even if it is the Chinese Spring Festival, there is AEON not far away. The supermarket and food court inside can also solve the problem of Chinese shops having a break during the New Year. The room has good sanitary ware, breakfast service hours are long, and the lobby The Spring Festival atmosphere is full of joy!

great service ,been upgrade to executive suite room, receptionist is super friendly and nice, attend to customer promptly. breakfast was awesome, a lot choices.

New hotel in Kuching, latest addition. Beautiful building architecture, the existence of Sheraton made Kuching city look stunning at night. I was at the hotel for a weekend team offsite meeting. All of the feedback I got from our colleagues from West Malaysia - the staff were warm and friendly. The food was nice, only feedback - the coffee served from the machine gets cold too fast probably due to the cold air-conditioning. Hopefully this hotel will improve further their services and stay on top of things!

A service that you wouldn’t be able to imagine. This apartment would be the last resort you would want to choose in Kuching. If it wasn’t because of imperial hotel that was fully book during my time of stay i wouldn’t be choosing this apartment ever and also because due to my lack of research of other hotels as well I was actually looking for a hotel with swimming pool for kids to enjoy and spend their time with. Other hotel was way too expensive for only 2 nights stay.. However, this complaint is truly just on their service provided. Not on the facilities.. It is fully because they have the worst real estate agent to manage these service apartments. LUCO VISION SDN BHD (agent name: Lily).. First asking for RM200 deposit which I totally understand but later ask for RM30.80 “Service Charged” even after I fully paid my fee through Agoda. When I ask for explanation on what kind of service charged is charge, but they couldn’t explain further none other than just mentioning “this is management T&C”. Thereafter I call Agoda for further explanation on this service charged and it come to my surprised that even Agoda were not aware of such servicing fee being charged on client. How funny is that? Later then the agent say i must pay no matter what if i wish to continue my stay, i mean i have already fully paid to Agoda on my stay of RM494.60. And so called service fee that is chargeable, they can’t even explain it. By the way if you are curious why m i so furious on this service charged is because they can’t even give a brief explanation to what service charge m i paying, everything here is self check in and they have laundry machine in the apartment but it was lock because i have to pay extra to use it and worst still there’s no drinking water provided. Least of it, when i complaint to them through WhatsApp and demanded to have a number to call, agent refused to give a number. Stating that i can only contact them through WhatsApp. What kind of service is that?? I can’t even ask for a number or have a person to talk about on this issue?? So yeah, not to even mention when i ask for early check in of 30 minutes and they say it is also chargeable at an amount of RM150.00.. in addition to that there’s literally no front desk at the lobby and we can’t even go anywhere else because our luggage would eventually be unattended.. everything here is charges charges charges.. I really don’t like wasting my time giving complaint through online platform but this kind of service from these real estate agent or so called properties agent really giving me difficult sleeping time and future guest should deserve to know this kind of service from these people. I am not the only person giving complaint on Imperial Apartment already. I have live apartment at Penang and other places, their services was way more better than i could better explain in words.

The waterfront hotel in Kuching is an excellent choice for your stay. It lacks any noticeable drawbacks during my experience, and the gym operates until midnight, making it convenient for night owls. The location is also strategically positioned.

I came with my mom for the Raya. I stay 3 nights with them and got a standard double room. I came by 10.30 in the morning and wishing to enter my room. They allow me to!! Thank you so much because I needed after a long trip, flew from Surabaya to Pontianak and road trip by bus to Kuching. The room was large and good with no window there. The sink is outside the bathroom but it looked clean and ok. The bath room is big and clean. My phone couldn't connect to the hotel's wifi, I think it because my room is to far from the router. They have stable hot water. During my stay, the elevator was under maintenance twice. But it was ok since the building only has two stories. The hotel used to have a restaurant but they were closed during my stay there. I book the hotel online. So it will be cheaper. Kuching Waterfront is 20 minutes walking distance. So yes, the hotel is in the city center! If you interested to some beer and nightlife, there are two beerhouse, 7-11 and local merchant back at the hotel.

A surprise hotel… taught it aging based on exterior… to my surprise the interior had been refurbished and brand new!! Furniture brand new and super clean. Spacious room too. A bargain and will definitely come again. Good job to the hotel management. Congratulations!! p/s: only there no parking… that the only minus point
