The cleanliness need to be take care of, can feel some bugs when lying on the bed and request for a change, the service is fine

For those who may not know, the lobby is located on level 2 and is accessible by lift. The room I stayed in was very spacious; however, the cleanliness could be improved, as there were stains on the white duvet cover. I was on the 10th floor, and it was quiet at night, despite being in the city center. A water purifier is available along the corridor, and cooking utensils are provided, so you can prepare your own meals if you'd like. The Spring Shopping Mall is just opposite the hotel and can be easily accessed via a skybridge.

Location is out of the city centre but convenient enough as it is along the main trunk road into town, although the road can be quite jammed at peak hours..
Accomodation is spacious and comfortable enough but unfortunately the furniture and fixtures are not in best condition (doors cant close properly etc).

Good stay, free upgraded to 1 bedroom with iving room and kitchen, opposite of The spring Mall, easy to get Grab to anywhere. Few restaurant within walking distance as well.

Perfect stay. The staff very friendly
It just the room I took should be more spacious because it equipped with sofa. But it just normal room with extra sofa 😔

The stay was good but the door couldn’t lock from inside and we contacted the hotel management but they did not respond to it. Buy overall its a good stay
