It's truly a budget hotel, I understood that it's cheap, but at least I just hope the customer service is good. This is my first time of not allowed to check-in early (1hr early) π
, and the room smells (bet coz of the damp carpet), it's not soundproof, the mattress linen is also dirty, there are spots, and hairs under the pillows.. yuck! I didnt expect too much tho, so if you're on tight budget, go ahead
