Very clean and quiet place to stay, but the lift is always u/s.. please settle the issue please. If not,u might lost your loyal customers

Strategically located this hotel just beside a riverbank. Facilities are acceptable based on price-range it offers. Booking via Trip.com was a breeze and hassle free. Hotel check in and check out process were better than what i anticipated. Would repeat booking if i happen to make another business trip in the future. Recommended 👍

The room is not bad, a bit coloured in terms of the wall, but a good budget hotel for solo or duo travellers.

The location is very strategic and very near to Kuching Waterfront, very convenient to walk around to enjoy the beautiful city of Kuching. One of the plus points for this hotel is the staff is friendly and helpful.

The location of the Tunes Hotel is very good. Within walking distance to Waterfront Kuching. Convenient store on the same row.

too bad hotel smell and lift problem give me the top level need to go up by stairscase i direct check out coz too bad waste my money 200+

The room itself is okay but The bathroom is kinda dirty.. veru unpleasant to look at. Tq for the stay. Hope can improve on cleanliness of the bathroom.

Cleanliness need to improve Bidet is leaking Toilet push button Bathroom tiles gap is really dirty Dustbin is not clean

The affordable price to stay nearby the KLIA Terminal 2 airport while waiting for the next flight on the next day. Walkable distance from airport it just takes around 15 minutes.
