Provides all the basic but nothing more. Do the trick if all you need is a place to sleep.
Front row room has a slice of river view.
Institution like, with long corridor and rooms on two sides.

Location wise is very good, close to waterfront and The Hillls (for food). Room size might be too suffocating for twin sharing but at least the cleanliness level is very good. Due to the lack of space to move around in the room, your knee easily bumped into the sharp hard edges of the bed frame.

Best thing is the location. Toiletries they did not replaced it with new for 3 nights stayed.
