The customer service is very good. I love the uncle and auntie. They both very helpfull when im was at Kuching. The room 😐👎🏻

Tried re-booking flights using EMD credits, appalling customer service from the Global Customer service centre. Disconnected three times for "technical reasons" then the last operator claimed poor sound quality and asking to call me back immediately after taking all my details but no returned phone call despite him reading my number back to me perfectly. Seems MAS are not willing to help customers use their credits. Beware.
