I dont recommend for Holiday or business travellers. There are other better hotels nearby with similiar Rate.

Great location, easy parking, all ok except for the breakfast buffet which were truely dissapointing, need improvement on that! (photos attached)

Good location in city centre. 300m walk to Kuching Waterfront. However this hotel is old property adjacent with Bank OCBC building. Dated interior, bedding and bathroom required improvement. Toilet seat need to change & bidet hose leaking wet the floor all the time. Shower head need replacement with better quality. Lockset still using key which not convenient to carry around. Somehow room is spacious.

Big room, very old design, bedsheets need change new. Located at City centre. Friendly reception. Not easy to find the reception. Good amenities around the hotel. Try the beef soup at the corner of the hotel.

For Rm120 i got a mini fridge, working TV, Hairdryer, iron n iron board, veeeery comfortable sofa bed and blanket, safety box, a mini verandah, carpeted floor, good aircond, good hot water, good fridge, good soundproofing and a beautiful view. It's a very old-school but comfortable hotel and the staff were nice too! they kept my luggage safe although i checked-out n opted to walk around afterward. There are vending machines in the lobby too!. Initially booked one night but extended another night as i enjoyed the stay. The only cons is that the food court in front of my room blasted songs at night...

Room was a bit smelly and old, but can't complain much as it was a last minute book.

The location of the hotel is near the riverside, near the city centre. Great place to get around the tourist attractions.
Service was fine, as of a 3-star hotel. You get what you paid for.
Amenities in the hotel room can be improved, furnitures are heavily used, not in great condition. Piping of the bathroom needs to be fixed, there’s a constant musky smell to it. Not a great experience when it comes to the toilet use.
Wifi is great and strong only in the living of the apartment.

Strategic location near utc& waterfront.just walkimg distance..large room but a bit outdated.however value for money with price offered..
Not advised to take breakfast..not so much variety and it last before 9am

The room was very old and dusty, the bed was also old, and the furniture looked very old. After using the toilet on the last morning, the water was still running, and I couldn't take a shower right away. It took about 30 minutes to recover. If it weren't for the good location, this would have been better. No value for money

Hmm the stay is okie, but the furniture are so out dated, feel like staying at an old hotel

The pool is not available.....dont mention in website the poolnis under renovation....
