To be honest, I am very shocked to find out this hotel is currently under upgrading. You heard noice of drilling during day time.
The family room that I was staying is abit dated. The dust on the bathroom counter top is missed. The small fridge is barely functioning ( not cool).
Add to that, the hotel doesn’t offer complimentary parking for driving guests. Their basement carparks is closed for renovation. The reserved carparks in front of their hotel lobby entrance is reserved for their staffs!
However, I have to say the services from the doorman, the security and the room cleaning crew are awesome. They are super polite and really accommodating. Always offer their generous smile s and helping hand. I wish these are the qualities of the check in front desk would have 😢
When I finally checked out, there is no expression of regret from the staff for the noice and inconveniences for the guests staying at the hotel at this renovation time. They should have offered me free stay or any token of appreciation. Nothing!
I spend 3 nights staying at that hotel but not able to enjoy the staycation. Truly disappointed.
I will never go back to Pullman anymore.
