The amenities are good, and the hotel has a bright, welcoming atmosphere. The location is convenient as well. Breakfast offers a good selection, though the porridge could be improved, as it tends to be a bit cold despite some steam. Additionally, replenishing the condiments could be quicker to ensure they’re available when needed.

Nice experience to stay this hotel. The breakfast is good and staffs are friendly. We can walk to China street within 10 minutes.

From the moment you step into the grand lobby, you’re welcomed by modern décor, spacious interiors, and a warm, professional staff eager to assist. The rooms are elegantly furnished, with plush bedding, sleek bathrooms, and large windows offering stunning views of the city or the surrounding hills. Its central location makes it perfect for both business travelers and tourists, with key attractions just a short walk away. 5 star too for the breakfast!!!
During my stay, I was impressed by the hotel’s top-notch amenities, including the fitness center, swimming pool, and multiple dining options that cater to various tastes. The staff’s attentiveness and their attention to detail added a personalized touch to my experience. Whether it’s enjoying a well prepared breakfast buffet or relaxing in the serene ambiance of the lounge, the Pullman Hotel Kuching delivers a first class experience that left me feeling refreshed and pampered.

This Pullman hotel is located in the heart of Kuching which is a good thing.
Having said this there is nothing positive about this hotel: old rooms, cold service, average beakfast + bonus of “renovation period” til end of 2024, with no access to gym and pool and noise nuisances.
Bad value for money.

Both pillows were too soft. The staff were very friendly. The room was prepared quickly for my stay. The lovely housekeeping staff, who made up the room, arranged my bunny toy on top of the pillows in a way that made me feel joyful when I entered the room
