3 elderly female and 1 young adult lady attending 3 days Rainforest World Music Fest 2024. Kitchen was not cleaned nor tidy when checked in, No dustbins inside Family room for 4 pax. Air conditioning was noisy and dusty, have not been serviced along with unwashed old curtains in the whole bungalow house. Managed by a caretaker with live in family. Caretaker was not equipped with any cleaning items to clean the house nor mop the floor nor washing powder. No bathing soap was provided in our old upstairs bathroom nor downstairs either. There is a fishing pond at the back of house and chalets with limited water supply too. Plenty of mosquitoes around after 7pm and rain. Lack of public transport along this dark main road, Need to hire a Grab driver privately. Entrance Signage was hardly lit at night. Very dark and our Grab driver find it hard to look for this homestay after dark. Do NOT Recommend this place at all. Do Not Stay here. Host was not friendly nor kind.
