Spartan type of stay in a quite central location in Padungan near all the good eateries. Noone was around in the evening but there was a handphone number to call for quick response. Room unconventional and hostel like with plywood walls but air con was cold and attached bathroom clean with hot water. Muffled sounds can be heard from the neighbouring pub till late but it was not too loud to disturb my sleep. Not a stay for anybody accustomed to luxury but clean enough, safe enough and functional enough for the price. No TV or refrigerator.

Room is cozy with aircon and heater facilities. Hotel receptionist is very nice, friendly and helpful. If you are a business traveller, this place will be suitable

Simple room, no fridge, doesn't provide drinking water. There's a hot drinking water on the ground floor. The room needs further cleaning, there are spider webs on the ceiling. The wall in the room looks dirty, needs painting. I stayed on the 1st floor and I can hear the sound of the pouring rain, very loud. The location is good with many eateries within walking distance and the staffs are friendly.

I think this place is quite located at the strategic place for example close to laundry, shops, mall, restaurants but somehow what I felt disappointed is that the Service and cleanliness. I have to call the receptionist every time I want to the premise. It is totally uncomfortable for me. The odor of the room also bad.
