Amazing Christmas fun in a heritage setting and DJ night with bonfire. If some one is planning 1 night stay outside delhi NCR, this is must go destination. Amazing hospitality, heritage and village vibe. Food is really good and give vibe of home made so don’t expect some hotel level food and spread.

We stayed at the property for our anniversary and I should stay it's been a mixed experience. While the service staff was really good, the management of the place was not something expected of a property at this price point. We were provided room at the 2nd building as the main building was full, but that's the last place you would want to be in the whole property. While the rooms were okaish, the furniture is not even dusted, the chairs, tables and the TT table in the walkway have a one inch layer or dust sitting on them. Damaged mattresses lying in the walkway against the wall, random furniture left at random places . They have an activity for pottery which I'm not sure why it was even there. And the staff were not really sure on how it should be provided to the customers. I wanted to see the mango orchads (Which btw is not inside the property) mentioned in the description and the manager said unsurely it will be covered when we go for the pottery activity, it's another thing that noone really bothered about taking is there. The food is okay, nothing to complain about but again not something you should be having at this price point. If you are a non vegetarian, you would definitely be disappointed as there is only one main course option in any meal (Lunch/Dinner) and the rest 3-4 dishes are all veg. And not much to do on the property if you are not a large group For whoever is managing the property - I'm sure there is something wrong with the way you are handling things. Definitely not how such a beautiful heritage property should be maintained. For people looking to book this property - Go there if you feel there are no other heritage property options in that price range, else best avoided

The place is good. Rooms are big well decorated but there was no wifi, and the room they had given us was pretty hot due to its position. Later we had shifted to a better room as the ac was not working. People were good n helpful but food was extremely costly. We took the room with breakfast, thinking of taking lunch or dinner as per our requirement. They have no a-la-carte option. On the second day of our stay they agreed for a la carte, as there were only 2 families but they charged exorbitant amount, may be more than a five star, like 1 quarter finger sabji costs 400, 2 gulabjamun cost 300, where the raw materials they buy from that small village unchagaon. So it's an mixed experience, not bad but not great

The stay at fort unchagaon was really very nice. Nice room, great food and great hospitality. Staff was very nice and humble. Overall extreme good and well spent weekend.

Hospitable staff, clean rooms and great location for those who want to spend time in peace and tranquility in a far flung place away from city life to get back to work rejuvanated.

Very run down property. If you go on Saturday evening there's vegetable bazaar and you just can't enter the fort. No marking no lighting in the fort. Keep guessing and looking for staff... will never find it. Dirty place. No fresh juice in morning breakfast. Staff is good but due to recent takeover by another company service has deteriorated. Rooms on ground and first floor are ok. Never take rooms on 2floor - there was no fan in my room. On enquiry was told they forgot to install a fan OMG 😱! AC was tripping all the time. Overall very average stay - totally avoidable.

Stay was comfortable and food was really good. Service was apt and staff were well behaved. However although rooms are big in size but doesn't have basic amenities like tv or room service. Monkeys are all around creating nuisance. Overall a good heritage property but not for family stay.

Stay was good, food was amazing. Property needs some renovation otherwise a nice property to stay. Would recommend to friends and family.

I am really surprised to read the reviews about the property. We visited in the first week of April for a family weekend get together. The property has a huge potential and can be turned into a beautiful weekend get away. But Aspen has done a shoddy job in maintaining it. The rooms especially carpets are full of dust. The upholstery is dirty and seems to have never been drycleaned. The ceilings have mould on them. It seems no one is really looking at what's going on there. We ordered some food from the menu. When the bill came, the prices charged were higher. On questioning, they mentioned that the prices in the menu is for half plate. It was not mentioned that the charges are for half plate. But the Aspen employee that this is how it is. Sharing pictures for every one to see. This property is highly unhygienic. The museum is full of dust.
