I'm travelling with 3 kids. We stayed at beach chalet. parking is very near to our room. It is also close to the beach. My kids love the beach due to its clear water, wavy and strong wind. They can play the sand, swim or play kite. Stay comes with Breakfast. There isnt variety food selection but offers delicious local foods. Nasi tomato paratha cakes bubur. Etc.. Recommended to family with young kids.

Second time staying , was simple , good and clean as usual . Shower pressure was superb and beds were firm . Would be great if their cafe reopen and have a light breakfast provided . so we wouldn’t need to rush out to buy food for the kids . Beside that staff was friendly

The location is nice, by the Balok Beach. The pool is huge with beautiful landscape but it was close during the month of Ramadhan due to maintenance. Timurbay Seafront is like an AirBnB style accommodation, not a typical hotel or a service apartment. A variety of different hosts rent out different apartments so the quality will differ. My specific review is for: A Junior Suite by Subhome, booked thru Trip.Com & Within Earth. Thanks to Mr Soaib, he allowed us to early checked in at around 1pm and upgrade my son room to pool view and facing the ocean. Response time through whatsapp and call very efficient. Limited time check-in from 3 to 10 pm only. And check-out from 9am to 12pm only. You'll get fine for RM100/30 minutes for late check-out. Need to consider in providing amenities such tooth brush, mineral water, etc. Parking was okay, the security is good. Lots of local restaurant nearby. Will come again when we're in Kuantan.

During my business trip to Kuantan on August 7-8, 2023, I stayed at Timurbay Aseafront. The waterfront location provided a serene escape. The well-equipped room, accommodating staff, and stunning sea view during sunrise and sunset were highlights. The hotel's amenities and proximity to attractions made my stay convenient and relaxing. I highly recommend Timurbay Aseafront for travelers seeking comfort and tranquility

I give 5 stars for service,customer service,location and room so clean..and im done come to timurbay on time..next i will comeback with my family.

Looks nice on the outside but lack cleanliness in the inside. Great location as it's situated in the town center with highly accessible to malls & restaurants. Interior design were modern & rustic, nice but overly rustic over time as deco were old & filled with spider cobwebs, standing lamps on the corridor were rusty & yellowish & filled with cobwebs, there's even long string of cobwebs in the bathroom ceiling. Plenty of mosquitoes in the bathroom/room, and that's the least thing you want from being infected with dengue as it's dengue season (raining season) now. Furnitures in the room (bedframes, cupboards, table) were old as you can tell the colors of the wood had became lighter / faded. Got a room with a keycard that doesn't work at all, was very frustrated & asked to change to another room but the owner said the place was fully booked. In the end, they gave us a key to unlock/lock the door every time we leave the room. While checking out, the staff accused us of taking a spoon when only 1 spoon were given during our stay. In the end, they just say it's ok & we left. If they do refurbish this place & do a proper cleaning, I would definitely return here to stay.

The rooms was spacious with 2 queen beds and clean too. The staff was friendly. They have Coway water filter just outside of our room. They have easy access to iron board too . They give clean towel but I think they need to change it to a new ones cause its torn already hahaha.. and please make sure the door was safety’s for customers. My room door does have a broken safety latched hope they change it and be alert about it

The facilities are relatively complete. No slippers and toothbrush. Local specialties. The bed was very comfortable. There is a balcony. The scenery is very good.
