It 2 star hotel and suitable for short stay transit. The location was convinienced, a lot of food stall nearby.

Had an event at the city centre which is very convenient for me to choose this hotel. Strategic location in the city centre and have a limited parking space. Plenty of eatery nearby within walking distance. Police Station nearby make me very comfortable to park at the location provided eventhough it is bit hidden to the main road.

The King sized bed was really big and comfy. The channel on the TV was the thing I like the most. Got so many channels. The shower gel I think was quite small and wasn't enough. It also doesn't feel like soap, doesn't bubbly. Felt like you used aloe vera gel on your body.

Few pros and cons, but overall it is okay for a short stay.
Some of the positive points are;
1. The hotel location was great, it was within walking distance to many eateries and a mosque.
2. I booked a family suite which has 2 separate rooms with a queen bed and toilet in each room. It is convenient for 4 people.
3. The hotel provides a prayer mat for Muslim guests but you have to fetch it from the reception counter.
4. Basic amenities appropriate for the price point (shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, mini fridge in every room).
5. Check-in and check-out was fast, and staff were courteous.
Some points for improvement;
1. One of the rooms is small without a window and no space to pray (for Muslims).
2. The cleanliness was okay but could be improved.
3. The room conditions could be better as the floor and table were falling apart (most probably from the cheap material used). They could also touch up the wall paint. The dirt on the wall made the room look rundown.
4. Some of the power point (electrical plugs) cannot be used.
