Had a bad stay with perfect host here, vv bad service. Check in time should be on 3pm onwards but i arrived almost 7pm still in cleaning progress. Not a single sorry (even reply) comes from management when being informed. One of the aircond is not functioning well. 👎🏻

Facility: swim pool with great beach .... Food: Delicious Malay food and fast food nearby .... It's a Airbnb with window facing to road side (another side is sea view)... For short trip, it's great for stay, max for 3person..... Key collection need follow instruction provided from owner.... Overall, RECOMMENDED!

New service apartment . Pools are perfect. Easy access to the beach and shop lots in the front. Will visit again.

The price of the room was reasonable given that it was during a Malaysian peak season as well as a school break. Our room comes with a smaller room with an attached bathroom which is convenient for the four of us. Both rooms are equipped with standard amenities which is a plus point.The pool and view are superb.The check-in and check-out process was hassle-free. In a nutshell, this hotel is well priced for a short stay in Kuantan.

all the facilities are good. but i want to complain about the checkout time. why we need to checkout before 11 in the morning when the standard checkout time is 12. we need to rush and it feel so unconformable. i hope that you can arrange the time perfectly so that your customers be more comfortable to stay at your accommodation. thank you

Had a good stay.. easy communication with host.. maintenance of the room can be improved, the light switch keep falling but its functioning. My kid loves the pools there, she tried all of it.

Overall value of money... Suggest park car outside the apartment rather than park inside, due to need take time to turn our car to level 3a parking and at night, no light at corridor between parking lot and apartment.. When we walk back to apartment, abit scary. 😂

Best experience, spacious room with comfort bed and strategic location

The Hotel is nice….the room is so big, clean and tidy. The furniture is complete with refrigerator, microwave and washing machine. Besides that, the location also strategic because nearby shop and opposite there’s have so many food stall. The sea view very nice and the swimming pool also is awesome!

Good scenery but poor facilities, no smart tv and any extra facilities, air conditioning sound very noisy n bed / sofa are so dirty

good place, full of accomodation, clean, but maybe owner should check back the bathroom pipe and aircond for service. owner should alert customer a day before for check in since it was complicated bcoz of self check in. overall the room is great

Host was quick to assist when have less enough towels and water pipe was problematic. Thank you. House is equipped with 4 sets of utensils as well as pans and pots. House is clean too.
