Excellent service and superb facilities made my stay truly enjoyable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The seaview room was clean and comfortable, with modern amenities. Great food, a well-maintained pool, and a convenient location added to the experience. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay!

Bad : Internet too slow... both hotel wifi and mobile data slow... lift takes forever to reach at you... pool too crowded... parking too confusing.. a lot of people went wrong direction

The room was spacious and had a twin super single bed, but the room was a bit hot due to facing the sun in the evening, but the room also had a ceiling fan. Overall, this hotel is a good choice for family vacations.

The view from room is really size, but suggest to change new batch of towel as few i’ve used were yellowish and stained.

It's not bad but I'm not sure I will be back to the hotel again.
3 things to improve:
1. The internet is very very unstable. Bad overall given its 4 star status. Must improve the Internet as it's just a basic amenity.
2. The aircond is dirty. Please see the uploaded photo. Must do the cleaning often.
3. It's recommended to have 1 more sofa in the living room. The family is for 4 people and given the big space of the living room, a 2-seats sofa is not enough.

The view was beautiful and the room spacious, which made the stay quite pleasant. However, cleanliness in the parking area, lift lobby, and common spaces was disappointing. With better upkeep, this place could be a real gem.
