There are few pros that I would like to highlight:
1/ Kids-friendly hotel, the pool is definitely made for families with kids
2/ It is accessible to beach and I see some people hanging out around there, would love to go but I didn't manage to
3/ The hotel room is big! I think you can fit more people than 4 (we are only 3 btw)
4/ We can check in early, we arrived around 2pm and the hotel called us at 2:30pm that our room is ready
On cons:
1/ I think it is too hyped on variation of breakfast. Although lots of reviews mentioned about the variation and deliciousness, it is not. for someone who loves breakfast, it is quite disappointing and if I am booking this hotel in future, I will skip the breakfast.

Loving the sea view from my room. Breakfast have limited menu, lift need to share with residence hence looks a bit mess & wet because childrens are taking shower from the swimming pool. The swimming pool also conquer by the residence. But other than that im satisfied with my stay. Staff also good. Tq

Clean hotel, spacious and comfortable rooms, and swimming pools of various sizes make it perfect for a holiday with young children. There are plenty of eateries nearby. Highly recommended for a short getaway.

1. First of all, the hotel doesn't deserve its 4-star rating.
2. The check-in and check-out process was relatively fast, but the service quality needs improvement.
3. The room was generally clean, but the facilities were outdated, and the water pressure in the bathroom was low.
4. Breakfast was a disaster — one of the worst I’ve had. Limited choices, poor quality, more like a 2-star standard.
5. Although the hotel is located near the sea, access is inconvenient. There is a large Malay night market near the entrance. During my stay, there was an event going on, and many cars were parked along the roadside, blocking the way into the hotel, very troublesome.
Despite the charm of Kuantan, this hotel did not meet expectations, and I would not consider staying here again.

The breakfast is good, but the hotel room has ants and no towels provided, I had to call housekeeping to ask for towels..the view was excellent

I booked a studio room for my parents and family room for my own. Both type of rooms are spacious and overlooking the sea. The view in the morning and evening are breathtakingly stunning as you get to watch the sunrise and sunset from the comfortable couch in the living room through the full view wimdows. The amneties provided in both the studio and famiky room are top notch. Great place to unwind and relax in peace.
