1. First of all, the hotel doesn't deserve its 4-star rating.
2. The check-in and check-out process was relatively fast, but the service quality needs improvement.
3. The room was generally clean, but the facilities were outdated, and the water pressure in the bathroom was low.
4. Breakfast was a disaster — one of the worst I’ve had. Limited choices, poor quality, more like a 2-star standard.
5. Although the hotel is located near the sea, access is inconvenient. There is a large Malay night market near the entrance. During my stay, there was an event going on, and many cars were parked along the roadside, blocking the way into the hotel, very troublesome.
Despite the charm of Kuantan, this hotel did not meet expectations, and I would not consider staying here again.
