I'm satisfied with the hotel, staff and my room conditions. The hotel itself seems new. Purposely book family room because I prefer large room. Water pressure and aircond is good. Iron is provided at common area at each floor. Got lift for elderly.

Strategic location , near to town, and food spots. Big room for the family room. Hotel provided towel, soaps, iron, complete witj biard, 4 bottles of drinking water, and coffee & tea. There's a hairdryer provided, but unfortunately, it's broken.

I had stayed here multiple times, the hotel overall is ok.
In the last stay, I had booked for 2 nights, after check in, I had some emergency and need to leave earlier, I asked for cancelling the second night stay. The reply was very official and I did not see any sincerity to help.
It ended up I check out after first night stay. I would say the hotel do have their rights, but doing this to a regular customer is really disaapointing.

It’s an budget hotel, everything is good, room is very clean but only limited amenities provided.
And for me the pillow is excessively hard and making uncomfortable for me to sleep. Anyways this is personal liking… if revisit consider to bring my own pillow 😁
