Family-friendly Hotels in Kuantan

Nice hotel for its price The location was quite good since our target beach is teluk cempedak( we just took grab around RM12* price depends on time &demand) Our room was clean and very spacious . Complete amenities. They refill the coffee and bottled water(compimentary) coz we stayed here for 3days. The view from our room was nice with beautiful sunrise 🌅 Their breakfast were ok 😋 many selections provided The staff were friendly and nice 😍 The beach i think walkable, since many guests walking before sunset but we never try coz from afar i see the sand color was greyish( also we prefer the teluk Cempedak beach) Booking here was ok ,good value and nice hotel other than the small hotel near teluk or the big pricey hotel there which cost a lot.. Just a penny grab taxi were good to reach teluk 😘 Location wise, still ok since there's a nearby grocery/market in the area selling food/restaurant. Dont forget to buy some local batik 😉 There's also some tourist attractions near the area like :Kuantan Art street and the Kuantan 188 tower . So convenient for us commuters just take grab taxi everywhere you go here😘 As for me i will book again this hotel👌

I called one day earlier to request early checkup. It was entertained however due to system breakdown still required to wait almost one hour in the car. To their credit they still did their best. According to the Trip package I was supposed get welcome drink but it was not there.  The nasi lemak rendang so good but the breakfast spread so limited. The renovation thingy quite a disturbance, need to walk all the way to access beach, no Deli yet, lobby not ready too. However they already informed that in advance so it was acceptable.  During housekeeping, our room key that was used to power up the room was taken, but the concierge sent a new one once the complaint lodged. They also restock only one bottle of mineral water instead of two, but the housekeeper comply with our request for another without much hassle.  I did not have enough time to try their fitness centre but one visit showed it was wide and adequate. I hope in the future it will be for 24 hours like other hotel and accessible with keycard.  All in all I will give 4 stars. Need to improve on breakfast spread. Special shoutout for Mr Kamarul our concierge/porter for excellent service. Will come again later.

During my business trip to Kuantan on August 7-8, 2023, I stayed at Timurbay Aseafront. The waterfront location provided a serene escape. Everything is okay except the shower drain seems like there is a clog problem, poor drainage. Love the easy access to the beach, and the view. Easy check in process.

Beautiful and secure place .. the room is spacious .. nice owner .. big pool .. there is a private beach .. happy children can take a bath and the beach ..

the best service and room from CA CON, packing room, all the tiptops, the most important thing, high speed wifi is biased in other places, I need to get high speed wifi, it really recommends for all types of family vacations, couples also alone travelers

I'm not sure if the bedsheets are changed between users as the pillow cover had yellow marks on it. The handheld shower was broken, so only the head shower could be used. The towel provided was damp, raising doubts about whether it was washed and dried properly. On the positive side, we had a sea-view room with good amenities, and the location offers convenient access to Kuantan town and nearby beaches. However, we were asked to clean the room and dispose of the rubbish in the refuse room, which felt a bit odd.

Kids will have fun here! Just maybe if entrance to beach can be made accesable to guest as we have to take a long walk to go to the beach.everything else is perfect. Clean beach i must say,and safe. Just dine at downstairs cafe its not pricey at all and the food delish. Plus point if hotel could provide complete amenities like tooth brush and shower cap.

Feedback: very clean, comfy, cozy place to stay, price reasonable, valuable and worth it, quite a good place to chill with nice view here, just a little suggestion, can provide bed sheet for the extra mattress, or maybe we can't find it, but overall is satisfying, keep going on maintaining such a wonderful homestay! GOOD LUCK!!!
