酒店裝修具有滿族特色，外觀漂亮。房間大小夠用，設施老舊，床墊子掉渣，太廉價，床品太一般，布草質地差。山中較冷，沒有電褥子屬實奇葩，空調聲音太大，牆體不夠厚，外掛機聲音明顯。北方的賓館整體落後，如果設施提升下，酒店還是不錯的。餐廳服務好，菜價還算合理，意外之喜。如果提升下床品，酒店檔次馬上就上來了。

床單太薄，褶皺，疑似非一客一換，衞生間水龍頭無熱水，噴頭不太會調，洗完澡才發現方法。建議增加説明。五一出行，綠色不足，夏季避暑好去處。

老闆娘倒是很熱情、二樓觀景房，樓梯特別陡、老年人走着費勁、屋內被子床單發黃懷疑一客一洗、衞生間水龍頭容易被燙、沒有毛巾浴巾、沒有洗髮水沐浴露、沒有牙刷牙膏。房間後就是馬路、一大早有車通過、睡不好。

完全是被攜程的照片騙來的，入住價格比門店現場入住還貴很多，床單被罩都沒有更換、很大的味道，拖鞋上面污漬斑斑，打電話要求換床單被罩倒是很挺快，服務的大姐是十一臨時找來幫忙的，業務完全不熟悉但是態度很好。熱水幾乎等於沒有、温度僅限於不冰手，完全無法洗頭洗澡，水龍頭出水各個方向亂噴，房間的一面窗户沒有窗簾，洗手間的窗户也沒有窗簾，關鍵是對面還有一棟樓，窗户正對我的房間…房間有很大的發黴味道，床墊很硬而且很涼……隔音也聊勝於無，旁邊的景區很吵，其他房間的鄰居很吵，早上六點多就在院子裏大呼小叫的打羽毛球，店家完全不管，總之一言難盡……

沒有比這個再差的體驗了，特別臟，空調沒法用，沒有熱水，早上連水都消失了，床品特別臟，再也再也不來了
