I chose this hotel because the hotel i usually booked was fully occupied. Location wise in town, but no quite central. I am happy they fulfilled my request for upper floors with a nice view. My room was at the 6th and we had beautiful drawbridge view. Room was very clean with basic amenities.
Pros:
- Modern design, clean room
- Beautiful view
- Cantek Sekali cafe is just across the street. Must try!
- Friendly staff. Thank you for capturing nice photos of us :)
- Complimentary caramel salted cofee/ teh tarik for certain time at lounge area
Cons:
- Limited parking on first come first serve basis
- OKU parking was misused by guests because of the lack of parking space
- No hair dryer
- No TV channel, unless you have your own Netflix account and etc.
- No breakfast. They literally have no kitchen. You have to plan your meals.
- Location can be a bit confusing

I recently stayed at DJ Citi Plaza Hotel & Suites for a business trip and overall, it was a great experience. The check-in was smooth and quick. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The staff were excellent throughout my stay. Everyone from housekeeping to the F&B were polite, attentive, and eager to assist. Especially to en. Rohaizan. He was very good in assisting me & the rest. Thank you so much again.

room is spacious...filled with basic amenities...ada fridge..the best thing equipped with smart tv...friendly staff..good location..near to pasar payang...affordable price..definitely will come back again...really worth it...
