Enjoy here! The rooms range from rustic chalets to air-conditioned dorms, perfect for nature lovers and comfort seekers alike. The service is warm, personalized, and often goes the extra mile. Cleanliness is well-maintained even in outdoor settings, and amenities like jungle dining halls, team-building areas, and river access make it a unique stay.

We booked an inner jungle trip. The trip was ok. However we paid 800 MYR (about 170 euros) too much and the organization refused to reimburse. We don't advise to work with them as they are not trusted. We tried several times to have our money back. Only promises but we paid 5 months ago (December 2024) and the company doesn't answer anymore

We come for business meeting. Environment with the the experience of birding area will give an opportunity to visitors to enjoy the nature. Even though its far from Jetty, Resort provide us with unlimited transfer and you can also visit local shop in walking distance.

Booked a trip with Asia Camp and unfortunately had to rebook to a tour without transport to and from Kuala Lumpur. The team was very friendly in changing this booking and confirmed that we would receive a refund for the difference in cost. 6 months, 20 emails, 30 messages, and 5 unanswered calls they refuse to refund money they had promised. The trip was great but the customer service and unwillingness to solve this issue leaves me no option but to implore others to take a different tour operator.

We took the 4D3N inner jungle tour package with KT Adventure SDN/Asiacamp Resort but realized that there are many companies involved in organizing this tour so here is our breakdown: 1) The trip from KL to Jerantut was well organized. When in Jerantut we were supposed to have lunch which never happened. We just bought some snacks in a store next door. We were supposed to take a 1h bus ride from there to the Asia Camp Resort but we were placed on a 4h boat ride instead. No bathroom for 4h! When we arrived to the village a pickup truck came to pick us up - adventurous, I guess. The return to KL was great. 2) Asia Camp Resort looks beautiful from the outside and the nature around is beautiful. Rooms are large, but old, with dirty bedding (we got bloody sheets). Bed was uncomfortable. Bathroom was horrible with a hardly-working shower and no toilet paper. There are gaps around the windows and doors everywhere letting all sorts of bugs in. Food was very tasty but limited options - same menu every day! Front desk staff were pleasant but with poor English and knowledge of what was going on. 3) The jungle night walk was excellent and the canopy walk next day was great as well. The main hike and cave sleeping was fantastic and for sure a one of a kind experience that we all enjoyed very much. We had a great tour guide Emi who was knowledgeable and helpful. This was for sure a 5 star rated hike and was one of the best experiences out of our month long trip to Malaysia! Book this trip through Han Travel! They are organized and people we met were happy with their services.

The resort is well built but run with minimal manpower ( who are very pleasant and well mannered) and hence is just about maintained Also, despite peak season resort had low occupancy possibly because of earlier reviews The biggest drawback was the food - limited offerings and always cold! Ok for a couple of nights stay if one isn't too picky

Activities and transport are well-organised. Rooms are a bit old/rustic, but acceptable for a "camping" experience. The only thing that bothered me a lot was the open air burning. This is illegal in Malaysia, especially in a national park, and yet the management continues to allow this to happen by its gardeners. The place could certainly stand to have more an "eco" orientation, which was not at all apparent, what with its massive plastic bottle, plastic straw, open burning, and plastic food wrapping usage. That would make more sense for a place located right next to Malaysia's largest national park!
