Hotel mentioned 24 hours front desk but no one was there when we arrived after midnight. Called the hotel as well but no answer. Since I made full payment, was expecting the hotel leave a key or some instruction to us but unfortunately none. End up four of us sleeping in the car in front of the hotel. We recommend that the hotel change the description to working hour front desk so that the next customer will arrange accordingly for any late check ins situation.
